  Fast and efficient. Clothes nicely cleaned dried and folded. Definitely worth the small price for Mrs THU to do what hotels charge way too much for.

  I came across this laundry service through Google and can absolutely recommend it! I dropped off our laundry in the morning and was able to pick it up that same afternoon. Everything was clean, smelled great and was neatly folded. Mrs Thu who is running the place is very friendly and welcoming. She also cleaned a pair of shoes that were in desperate need of a wash – and they now look like new! We paid a total of 236,000 VND for around 7 kg of laundry and one pair of shoes which is a very fair price for the great quality and service. Would definitely use them again! Thank you Mrs. Thu!!

  I took about 6 kg clothing to the shop. I dropped them off at 10 AM and they were ready by 6 PM. Laundry was nicely folded in package ready to go. Lady was extremely kind and I felt like for the price. The service and quality was excellent. I’ve used other laundry services throughout Vietnam and I’ve never had an issue and this service was up to par with what I’ve experienced in the past. And it’s really close to my hotel is dropping it off and picking it up was an easy walk

  We were choosing between Mrs Thu and the 24/7 self laundry service nearby but we decided we wanted the nice-smelling clothes and hand washed delicates by Mrs Thu over the strong smelling and heat dryer of self laundry. We ended up paying just the same with Mrs Thu than if we did the other laundry shop. We had 4.5kg and we don't regret her service.

  Lovely family business. I did my laundry here and the lady was super kind and offered me to have the clothes ready same day at night. I would recommend ✨

  I hate to write this review, as the lady I was chatting with was absolutely lovely. However, I feel I must share my experience, I wish someone had warned me before. I’m so upset with the results. I sent nearly 11 kg of clothes belonging to my husband, my two daughters, and myself, and all the colorful and white clothes came back looking as if they’d been washed in dirty water. None of the stains were removed, and the worst part is that all my girls’ clothes were brand new and bought especially for this trip 😭. Everything was folded poorly and full of wrinkles, with all items mixed together, even underwear scattered between shirts and trousers. The only positive thing was the smell, but sadly that didn’t make up for the overall poor quality.

  ‼️STAINED and DAMP‼️ DO NOT USE unless you want your clothes to be ruined!!! We went here because of the good reviews. We collected our laundry and when we got back to the hotel, we realized most of our clothes were still damp, and some of our clothes were stained PINK!! My sister’s favorite shirt from a concert was stained!!! We had to makeshift hang our clothes instead of packing them away to prepare for our trip back home early the next morning. No wonder it was so cheap. Go somewhere else for your laundry. 😡
