  We all want this service at home. All items returned washed and neatly folded. Used google translate to ask for some items to be air dried. Dropped in the morning picked up that evening. All for about $10 USD/ $15 AUD!

  WOW! What a wonderful woman. So kind and sweet. Our laundry was hand washed and air dried! It was beautifully folded and smelled wonderful. She provided same day service without prior notice! I would not go anywhere else. So worth it and affordable. Made my trip so much better to not have to worry about clean clothes. I really love Vietnamese people. Mrs. Hao is extraordinary. I am grateful for people who work so hard, are so humble and want for nothing but to make you happy.

  Super service. Dropped laundry off at 10am and collected it at 5pm. All clothes smelling fresh and neatly folded. Cost 30,000/kg. Would highly recommend

  I was staying next door at the Gem Riverside hotel and Ms Hoa Laundry was the GEM next door. She didn't speak English, but she greets you with a smile when you walk up. You put your laundry on the scale and she uses her calculator to multiply your weight times her price per kg. She has some preset Google Translate messages that she will pull up to tell you what time you can pick your clothes up. The clothes were ready when promised and smelled LOVELY. I used her service twice while I was there over a week ago and the clothes still smell as fresh as they did the day I picked them up!

  Our best experience with laundry since being in SE Asia. The clothes came back smelling super fresh and our white socks were actually white!!!! Ms Hoe is lovely and this is a very affordable option when lots of other places are charging more!

  Would recommend. We dropped our laundry off around 11:00am and we were able to pick it up at 17:00pm the same day. It smelt very good. It is only 30,000/kg

  A very nice and pleasant lady. But unfortunately the laundry itself is really bad. ALL of the clothes came back way dirtier than we brought them. Looks like they have mold all over them.
