  Laundromat + Café! It’s quite hard to find good laundromats in Vietnam but this one really amazed us. The store as well as the machines seemed really clean. The store owner is very friendly and her dogs are so cute. I would say it’s the best laundromat store that I’ve been to so far.

  We stumbled upon Thang & Thom Laundry Cafe when we arrived in Hoi An with a load of dirty clothes as it was closest to our hotel. What a great place! Clean, bright, cool, and with two little dogs for us to pet when we missed our puppy at home. Ms. Tram was wonderful! We had a laundry done (rather than doing it ourselves, which is an option) and the price was very reasonable by the kilo. It was ready the next day, folded and smelling great. Recommend giving them a try when you are in Hoi An!

  Great idea to have a laundrette with coffee shop. The owner was very welcoming and extremely helpful (we did self service). Drinks were tasty and the dogs were lovely. We popped out to grab some food whilst our clothes were drying. The lovely owner messaged us when they had finished. I think it was 80,000 vnd for washing and 80,000 vnd for drying 5kg. Including detergent.

  We were on our way to the hotel and stopped in to ask; the owner took great care of us, so we came back with all our laundry. We ran two washers and a dryer—the clothes smelled wonderful, and the young woman was lovely. Plus, you can grab a drink while you wait, and there’s air conditioning.

  We got to do the laundry at 19:00 after a late ending day, thinking we have until 21:00, so wash+dry exactly (I know, bad time planning). Turned out they were closing at 20:00🤦🏻 and we needed the laundry that night since we leave town at 08:00 AM… The amazing Ms. Tram and her cute puppies took command, took care of the laundry from beginning to end, and stayed late especially for us. She was amazing and so was the laundry!

  What a pleasure being able to wait on our laundry and get some doggo cuddles :) a very nice owner who is helpful, friendly and a very wonderful lady! Our clothes were washed very well and we chose to do it self service, and we always choose no drying (we just hang them up back at hotel). Clothes smell fresh and clean. I absolutely LOVE the dogs, they are so adorableee! Such beautiful little fur babies. Highly recommend.

  This is the BEST place EVER! She makes the best coffee!!!!!!!! And her 2 dogs are the cutest thing you’ve ever seen. It’s absolutely spotless! She is so warm and friendly I felt like I walked away with a new friend (as well as clean laundry!!!!!) Thank you so much!! And while your laundry is washing, ask her to show you the pictures of the flood! ♥️♥️♥️

  Thang&Thom Laundry provided me with a very good service. The place is outstandingly neat, good-smelling, high-quality machines. The owner is easy to talk to in English, so the tourists will understand the services of the laundry. Highlight of the service was when the owner gave me back the money which I unknowingly left inside my dirty pants. He is so honest. Best laundry in Hoi An!
