  great self-service laundromat, especially convenient for travelers who want to wash personal items or underwear themselves. The machines are easy to use, with detergent and fabric softener already included. Washing and drying are fast, and payment by credit card is very convenient. Highly recommended for those who value privacy and prefer not to have anyone handle their clothes.

  Brilliant self service washing and drying facility, easy to operate. It's cashless, and you can pay by credit card at the card terminal (no extra fee for that) or by QR code. Before loading the machine, check that the LED display is on, we didn't and picked the one machine that was offline 🤦🏼

  Very easy to use, card payment, great machines, cheap. Clothes came out smelling nice and clean. Dryer was very quick and efficient.

  Convenient and more affordable way of washing your clothes, especially if you stay around the corner. Really cannot complain about the quality of washing and drying. Equipment looked fairly new. Card payment only

  Very cheap washing but the drying is 20 times the price, literally. Also fabric softener is included and you have no control over how much is dispensed. The clothes come smelling too strong of softener/soap and it's too hard to get rid of the smell. Aside from that it's cashless, easy to use and around 5 washing and 5 drying machines.

  Just hiked the prices and the washing machine clearly had no detergent judging by the condition and smell of my clothes after a hot wash

  Charged on debit card twice for 60k dong. Then two separate transactions of 40k and 20k for the dryer didn't credit. Opened a WhatsApp chat and the representative said he'd refund the card. 3 weeks later I've asked where the refund is. He blamed the Vietnamese banking system as being slow. Still no refund. In reality I think it's a scam and looking at the previous post its not the first time this has happened. If this happens to you I would recommend initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider so this scamming business can't profit anymore.
