  Very good service! The wonderful lady listened carefully to my instructions and even ironed all of my clothes. My linen pants are a bit too long for me, so the hems have been dragging on the ground for a long time. No matter how many times I washed them, they always looked dirty. Somehow, she managed to make them look brand new. I highly recommend this place.

  Absolutely outstanding laundry service in Hoi An! The lady was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. My clothes came back spotless, neatly folded, and smelling amazing. The turnaround time was much faster than expected and the prices were very reasonable. They took great care with delicate items as well. Highly recommend to anyone visiting or staying in Hoi An — easily a 5 star experience!

  The lady that runs this laundrette is very friendly, smiley and accommodating. She speaks little English but does a good job making you feel like there is no language barrier. We really enjoyed dealing with her! Look for the sign to locate her shop. It is a part beauty salon and part laundry services. Once you drop off, she weighs your clothes and it’s 50k per 1kg. Generally ready for next day, we dropped off 3kg. Clothes come ironed and folded and smells nice but not overpowering. Very honest lady and we would not hesitate to recommend her to others! You can also get her on WhatsApp if you need to!

  Best laundry service in town!! The lady who runs it is an absolutely beautiful soul, so lovely. She even discounted my laundry. 50k and it's beautifully folded and packaged. Thank you so much

  We had our laundry done by this lovely lady and highly recommend her service. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We had a lot of clothes to wash, and everything was returned the very next day, clean, neatly folded, and with nothing missing. Our clothes smelled amazing and we kept sniffing them and wished the freshness would last forever! The prices are very fair, the turnaround time is fast, and she handled all our items with great care. Everything was packed beautifully and felt brand new when we got it back. We are extremely happy with her service and would not hesitate to use her again. If you’re staying in the area and need reliable, friendly, high-quality laundry service, she’s the one to go to!

  I would cross town to come here! Honestly my clothes looked better than when I bought them new! And such a kind and friendly woman. I took them early in the morning and they were returned at 6pm the same day. They smell fresh but not at all overpowering (for those with sensitive skin) and it was so cheap at 40k/kg. The perfect laundry service.

  Win laundry was perfect. The price was exactly as expected (not always the case in Hoi An) and the laundry ready on time, all you could ask. The greeting was so friendly, it was almost as if we were family 🤣 Highly recommend.

  The only place to come do your laundry in Hoi An! We had been travelling through Vietnam and arrived with very dirty and wet clothes/shoes after a few days of rain. We had everything back by the next morning, perfectly washed ironed and smelling amazing. They did an amazing job on my girlfriend’s trainers, which look brand new now! Amazing value for the price and the nicest people!!
