  I’m staying at Hoiana Hotel, and this is already the third time I’ve requested their laundry service. I made the reservations by adding their number on WhatsApp. They always arrive on time whenever I book, and they are extremely kind and professional. The pick-up and drop-off fees are reasonable, so it’s very convenient to use. The laundry is washed very cleanly and folded neatly, and it smells amazing. I’ve already recommended them to many other people.

  We contacted her via WhatsApp to let her know that we are a group of four people and would like to drop off some laundry. She responded promptly. The handover was smooth, transparent, and very fair. She even offered to deliver the laundry to our hotel. Excellent service. 5/5.

  excellent service! they picked up our clothes in the morning from our nearby hotel and dropped them off the same evening. the laundry came back fresh and soft and smelling wonderful. they hang-dried all our more delicate clothes, which came back perfectly clean and undamaged, which had been a problem with other laundry service in previous cities. on top of this, the lady is so friendly and deserves your business, we highly recommend!

  Great service!! They washed and dried our family’s clothes with same day service and even delivered to our hotel down the road. Everything was very clean and smelled great. One item was even washed again because it was very dirty (that’s kids for you!) and they forgot to include it in the bag when they dropped it off. No problem: they delivered it to the hotel later that evening! Amazing service, good communication via WhatsApp, and very kind interactions. Would highly recommend using Win Win Laundry.
