  Their service was excellent and very supportive. They arrived exactly on time as scheduled. I would like to recommend them for the following reasons: 1. The staff were gentle, professional, and punctual. 2. The vehicle was new and always fully charged. 3. They consistently reminded me that I could message them anytime if I needed support. People in Hoi An are truly kind, and their service made me feel very satisfied.

  I was looking for a reliable E-Scooter rental nearby my Homestay. The owners (a young couple) where very quick with my inquiry on WhatsApp so I showed up and rented a brand new (100km down) Vinfast electric scooter. Didn’t have my IDP with me in Vietnam so I chose the „slower“ version which can run 50km/h. Honestly, this is more than enough and the battery lasts like for 50km plus. If you run out of battery (under 20km) you can just text them and the will do a quick pit stop to change the battery for free. I ended up renting it for 6 days in total and the price was pretty fair compared what you get for a similar price at other places. So if you are looking for a really good place to rent e-scooter, visit this place! And take care of the brand new scooters please :)

  Best scooter rental company in town. The family came to drop the scooter at my place, it was brand new and in immaculate condition, everything worked perfect. I originally booked for one week but in the end I extended for a month, they were always available to change the battery whenever I needed it and did everything they could to help me. Lovely family company, would 1000% recommend!

  The bikes are new, clean, and very comfortable to ride. Electric bike it’s quiet, easy, and perfect for exploring the city The owner is super responsive and communication was always easy and fast. One of the best things is that they work all day , so you can pick up/return bike/ change battery at almost any time, which is extremely convenient. They also replace the battery for free whenever needed. There were even two rain coats inside the bike storage👍 Thank you so much

  The rental was simple, fast and fair! We rented for one day (150k) and you can change the battery if it runs out of power. They were very helpful regarding information, they provided a free drop off which was very convenient and it was also very easy to extend the rental (it was also possible to extend for half day). Thank you again for the great service!

  (Demand seems to be high, so message them on whatsapp in advance to reserve a scooter!) Great service and quick replies. free delivery to the hotel (and pick-up afterward). price is 150k for 24 hours. the scooters are fun to ride, go up to 50km/h and range is around 80km. if the battery is empty, you can go to their shop and get the battery changed.
