  I don’t know where to start; the owner, Dung, not only helped my friend who rented from him but also helped me, even though I didn’t rent from him because he had run out of available bikes. From A to Z, he’s the best in all of Vietnam. We highly recommend his style and the top-notch service he provides. TOP!

  Doing the Ha Giang Loop on a big bike means wading through a lot of middlemen online, so finding a company that actually owns their fleet matters. Style Bikes is the real deal. I didn't pre-book — rainy season meant I wanted to assess conditions on arrival — and they were completely understanding. The staff are brilliant from the moment you walk in. I was torn between the Versys 300 and the CB500X, so they took me down to the lock-up and let me try both before deciding. That kind of no-pressure service is rare. Do yourself a favour and pay for the extra insurance. We had no incidents, but there are moments on that loop where things get interesting, and knowing you're covered takes a real weight off the trip. On returning the bike I got chatting with the manager, Cuong — a genuinely lovely bloke. Being in the trade myself, we had a great conversation about bikes. They'd just taken delivery of some new XR190s which looked fantastic — perfect if you're riding solo. Outstanding company, outstanding service. Can't recommend them highly enough.

  Excellent! I highly recommend Style motorbikes! We had rented two bikes here for a highland trip up to Hanoi. Everything went smoothly. The shop Manager Mi even gave us a quick lesson in how to drive semi-automatic. They were always very responsive through WhatsApp throughout the trip and gave us in-depth tipps for the trip as well as for how to deal with the police etc. if we might run into them during our trip. 5 stars. Top-notch.

  Booked a motorbike the day before and got an almost instant response, we picked it up hassle free in the morning. Drove it from Huè to Hoi An and had our baggage shipped there. When we arrived our baggage was waiting for us. As no Grab driver would accept our ride, they called us a taxi and offered us a cold beer during our wait (on them) as it was extremely hot. Also one of the employees was wearing a shirt with my name written on it which was a pure coincidence😂. Either way overal we had a very good experience .

  What a great experience! I messaged them the evening before about renting bikes and they responded quickly. They were ready for us first thing in the morning. It was a quick and easy process and they were happy to go over maps with us and answer any questions. Highly recommend!

  Very cool, very easy. Mr Black will sort a bike for you and you’re off. Really good service, bike was great and the price was amazing, less than $10 day. Would definitely use them again and I think they’ve got other branches elsewhere. I did the Hi Van pass (same as Top Gear), for the day, riding up through Da Nang and over the Hi Van pass. Amazing. Thank you

  A very strange store, with inconsistent words. the staff said on the phone that you can come to our store and rent it for 24 hours for 180k. When I arrived at the store (15:28), another told me that they do not allow 24-hour rental and I must pay it back before 18:00 today (that is, 2.5 hours). It will be counted as a day's rent of 180k. Crazy, I've never seen a motorcycle charge 180k for 2.5 hours. After I questioned it and said that what you said on the phone was inconsistent, the staff immediately changed and said that you can return it tomorrow for the same price. This store is a scam.
