  Rented a scooter around Hoi Ann and then a semi automatic for 4 days to phong nga. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They were so hospitable, understanding and helpful. They helped fully plan my trip, gave advice through out and were always reachable. Super chill and honest guys I can’t recommend them enough. They’re not like other agencies which just try and give you a bike and get out - they help out with whatever you need.

  Thanks to the team at Trace Travel Hoi An we had an amazing motorcycle trip through Vietnam! We rented a motorcycle for 6 days and rode from Hoi An to Hue, then to Phong Nha, and finally to Ninh Binh, with a few stops along the way. Part of our luggage was delivered ahead of us to Phong Nha and later to Ninh Binh, where we could collect it and leave the bike. The guys were very friendly and stayed in touch with us throughout the trip. The bike was excellent, well maintained, and everything went exactly as agreed before we started. Great price and great service. Highly recommended, especially if you’re planning a longer motorcycle trip through Vietnam. Thanks again, guys!

  I had a great experience with this company. I did the 1 way Hai Van Pass rental from Hoi Ann to Hue, and I did a guided off-roading trip in Hoi An. Both were great. The off roading experience was very memorable. I got to see the Hoi A countryside and swim in a waterfall. Highly recommend!

  Highly recommend this place. Excellent quality bikes and exceptional service / support. I rented a Yamaha PG Semi-Automatic from Hoi A for 2 weeks and dropped it off in Hanoi. Did about 1,300 miles and the bike held up fine, and the whole process was very smooth. The team at Trace Travel were messaging me on WhatsApp each day giving tips, route maps and checking in. I would love to come back and do another trip. Thank you so much!

  Highly recommend Hui Van Pass tour , it was one of the best highlights of our trip. The views were really breathtaking and experience on a motorbike was unparelled. Also we took Danang to Hoi An pickup and dropoff services which worked really well with our schedule. Highly recommend Trace Travel.

  We found Trace Travel purely for the price which was brilliant. He delivered the scooter to the hotel within the hour as it was 5km from his shop for a very small fee, took a deposit. He was very pleasant, polite and professional. The scooter was in good working order, I had a full tutorial about the machine and off we went. I messaged him the next day to change a helmet which he did with no problems. Our flight was cancelled and we had to leave early, I organised taking the scooter back, he had a quick glance over it and returned our deposit. If you are going to Hoi An and looking for a scooter try Trace Travel.

  Excellent service. Rented for a ride from Hue to Hoi An over 2 days. They transferred my bag for me, and delivered the bike to my hotel in Hue. The motorbike was in great condition and well cared for. They clearly pay attention to detail as they even topped up the tire pressure when they saw I was taking a heavier bag than expected on the bike. The phone holder was a lifesaver, and the luggage rack on the back was great too. Would use them again if I find myself here in the future.

  Strongly recommend renting from Trace Travel. Ha and Chum are wonderful people, who went above and beyond to make our bike tour memorable. A+ service from a class act. Thank you! We will be back next time we come to Hoi An.
