  This young boss seems very responsible and hard working guy. He explained in kind and polite manner about bikes and its processes. Compared to different renting places I visited, prices were reasonable and had various types of bikes to choose. I enjoyed renting a bike here. Enjoy!

  We hired 15 motorbikes from Tuan Motorbikes Rental for an off-road trip through the mountains of central Vietnam, and honestly, these guys absolutely nailed it. From the start, the team was super easy to deal with, organised, and genuinely helpful. Getting 15 bikes ready could’ve been chaos, but everything was smooth, quick, and well prepared. The bikes themselves were in great condition, reliable, and perfect for tackling everything from city streets to rough mountain tracks. What really stood out was the service. The staff took the time to run us through everything, made sure we were comfortable, and were just all-round legends to deal with. You can tell they care about their customers actually having a good experience, not just handing over keys. We put the bikes through some serious punishment over the trip, and they handled it no problem. That kind of reliability when you’re deep in the mountains is priceless. If you’re planning any kind of riding trip in Vietnam, especially with a big group, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend! 10/10 experience 🇻🇳🏍️

  Highly recommend!! Our plan, we wanted to ride from Hoi An to Hue to experience the Hai van pass and get out on the road in Vietnam. We had two large bags with us which we didn’t know how to move to Hue. We also didnt want to return the bike to Hoi An. We randomly turned up to Tuan Rental to ask about a bike and they were so chilled. Not trying to sell us anything or added extras just simple and straightforward. Really reasonable prices and the bags driven to Hue for us, this was also included in the cost of the day rental which was great and a minimal cost for the second bag. Small family business, honest and great service. Thank you

  We had such a fun family trip today. Renting was quick and easy and we were on our way. Scooters ran great all day and was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. Thank you Tuan Motorbikes for a memorable day riding.

  Can’t begin to say how amazing their service was, Tuan is the man, knows his bikes, super respectful and nicest bloke around. Even gave us recommendations on scenic places to ride around. We got 3 dirt bikes and a moped and they were in amazing condition too, no issues at all for the time we used. Highly recommend this place to anyone, they got all sorts of bikes from mopeds to enduros.

  Tuan is the best guy for renting a bike. We rent a bike for 4 days trip and it was smooth from the beginning until the end :D Excellent service! (Even our pup highly recommend :D)

  A really good motorcycle rental company. The owner had great suggestions for motorcycle tours. I was completely satisfied with the red Honda 150ccm . Prices were great too.

  Booked rental online in Australia, always very prompt replies via WhatsApp, obviously high prices for motorbike, but good quality big bikes, worth every cent. Toured around the Golden Loop on Yamaha XMax 300, plenty of power with daughter pillion passenger. Bike was faultless. Bike return was easy with cash deposit returned immediately. 5000000 deposit. Overall great service from the manager at Hoi An store.
