  I had a really great experience here. The pharmacist ( My Hao )didn’t just hand me some medicine—she took the time to ask detailed questions about my symptoms, including how long I had been coughing, the color of my phlegm, and whether I had heartburn. She carefully assessed my condition instead of immediately recommending antibiotics. The medication she provided addressed different aspects of my symptoms, which made me feel that my condition was being treated comprehensively rather than just masking the cough. What impressed me the most was her aftercare. She gave me her WhatsApp contact and told me to message her if I had any concerns or if the medication didn’t work, so she could recommend an alternative treatment if necessary. She also speaks English very well, which made communication easy and stress-free as an international traveler. She was incredibly kind, approachable, and patient throughout the whole consultation, and I truly felt that she genuinely cared about helping me rather than simply selling medicine. Thank you for your professionalism, patience, and genuine care. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone visiting Hoi An.

  The pharmacy is very good. I explained my issues and Hang asked a lot of questions to give me the best possible treatment. She even stayed in contact with me via WhatsApp, in case I need help. I never experienced something like that before. So I can recommend this pharmacy 100%.

  We saw Hang during our vacation in Hoi An and was very pleasantly surprised with her professionalism and dedication to her patients. She asked questions which many physicians don’t and her explanation is very detailed. I highly recommend her services and her expertise in the pharmacy. Not many pharmacists will offer their contact details to help even once you are back home after vacation. We will definitely visit her again if needed when visiting Hoi An.

  This is THE ONLY PHARMACY in Hai An I would ever go to!!! In all the fancy pharmacies where you have all the colourful sines and lots of products to choose from, it seems like the pharmacists in there are not trained at all, they just give you what ever you ask for and nothing else. No recommendations, no nothing! Ind also their English skills are very poor, unlike ABC Pharmacy. Mrs Hang, the pharmacist in ABC Pharmacy was amazing. My mom fell from a bike couple of days before and had a nasty cut on her shoulder, Mrs Hang took care of her like no other! She might be young, but you can definitely tell she knows her business. Not only she gave my mom care in there and gave us step by step guide on how to treat her wound, she also kept contacting us for another week asking for pictures to make sure we do everything correctly and that the cut is healing properly. She also encouraged us to ask as many questions as we wanted even if they sounded stupid. Over all I’m extremely satisfied with their service, I don’t even get this kinda help in London where I’m from. 10000% recommend only them, and no one else! Thank you Mrs Hang! P.S. I’ve attached pictures of the wound! Might not seem like a lot of progress, but there is 100%. these pictures were taken 4 days apart.

  I visited the pharmacy because I had a fractured toe and was looking for advice on what I could do to help it heal and manage the pain. Ánh Mai was incredibly kind, welcoming, and very helpful. She took the time to listen to my situation, explained my options clearly, and recommended products that could help in the meantime. Her friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier for me. I really appreciated her patience and professionalism. Thank you, Ánh Mai, for your excellent support and for taking such good care of customers. Highly recommended!

  Such a lovely and considerate pharmacist! Gave me lots of advice (in English) and also texted me info about the medications and recommendations for me. Got several follow ups over text even though I wasn’t in Hoi An any more, which was above and beyond. Thank you so much!

  Such a caring pharmacist! She gave us excellent advice and even stayed in touch via WhatsApp afterwards, checking on our condition and providing further guidance on the medication. Truly highly recommended if you're looking for a pharmacy in Hoi An!
