  I had a very pleasant visit to this pharmacy. I was greated by Ngoc Diep. She was so lovely and helpful. Gave me all instructions and medicine that I needed. She even contacted me after few days to check if I am okay. I never had this experience, especially in pharmacy! All the best recommendations! ❤️

  My partner and I visited ABC Pharmacy as we were starting to get a cold and wanted something herbal to help. Nhi was very helpful and provided us with two herbal remedies and provided us with clear directions in English on how to use them. They worked a treat and cleared up the symptoms before they really took hold. Nhi also followed us a few days later to make sure the tablets worked. Great service, definitely pop in and see them if you need anything while in Hoi An.

  My spouse and I visited Hoi An for the first time in early February 2026. Coming from Malaysia, we found the weather at the end of the rainy season quite chilly. On our first day, I caught a cold and suffered from a constant runny nose and chills. Luckily, we met Thuy Trang. She listened to my symptoms carefully in English and provided the necessary medication. She was kind enough to write down the dosage and timing in English right on the box so I wouldn't forget. What amazed us even more was that she followed up on my condition via WhatsApp to check if I was feeling better. Thanks to her professional care and the medicine she prescribed, I recovered quickly and we were able to fully enjoy Hoi An from the second day onwards. It became a wonderful memory for both of us. We are truly grateful for her amazing hospitality!

  During my travels to Hoi An, I developed a really painful mouth ulcer and stopped into ABC Pharmacy at 29 Hoang Dieu, hoping for a quick ointment. I was incredibly lucky to be assisted by Thuy Trang, who provided the best pharmacy experience I have ever had. Her English is wonderful, and she was exceptionally knowledgeable and caring. She actually examined the ulcer and explained that it likely developed from the spicy and acidic foods I had been enjoying. Instead of just handing me a basic gel, she put together a comprehensive treatment plan including an ointment, a spray, and a healing tea. She was kind enough to write the exact dosages and directions clearly on all the medications. To my absolute surprise, she even exchanged WhatsApp details with me so I could update her if my symptoms changed. A couple of days later, she actually messaged me just to check in on how I was healing! I have never received so much attention and genuine care from a pharmacist before. Thanks to ABC Pharmacy and Thuy Trang, my ulcer cleared up in just a couple of days, and I was able to enjoy the rest of the incredible Vietnamese cuisine completely pain-free. I am so grateful! Highly, highly recommend this shop to any travelers in Hoi An.

  After our flight to Vietnam, both of my daughters and I came down with a bad cold. When we arrived in Hoi An, we searched for the nearest pharmacy and found ABC Pharmacy. Ngoc Diep assisted us, and her service was exceptional. She took the time to thoroughly ask about all of our symptoms, checked whether we had any allergies, and, together with the pharmacist, ensured that we received the most appropriate medication. I can highly recommend ABC Pharmacy. Ngoc Diep's care, professionalism, and genuine kindness made out situation so much easier. We truly appreciate her heartfelt assistance and outstanding customer service.

  Really good caring pharmacist, Ngoc Diep was amazing. Really good for English speaking tourists. She took the time to help me and consult with her Dr Doctor, and she provided ability for follow up, and so I could message her if I had any problems. Highly highly recommend, very professional.

  They truly care about your wellbeing and make you feel safe and supported from the very beginning. The staff are incredibly kind, discreet, and thoughtful they even checked in with me later to see how I was doing, which meant a lot to me. I had to visit twice, and even months later they still took the time to answer all my questions about the medication with patience and care. You can really feel that they genuinely want to help. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who needs support or treatment.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to Thuy Trang at the chemist for her amazing service yesterday. She was incredibly kind, professional, and extremely medically helpful when assisting me with a cut on my finger. She helped me with antibiotics, band-aids, and made sure I had everything I needed to properly care for it. Her knowledge, care, and willingness to help made such a difference, especially while travelling. Nothing was too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. Truly outstanding customer service — thank you again, Thuy Trang!
