  Anh Mai was a great help. I was very troubled with my eyes. And Anh Mai helped me with the right treatment and medicine. She also consulted a doctor over the phone. Thanks to her I can enjoy the rest of my holidays. She even called to ask how I was doing and she told me before leaving that I could call her if the treatment didn’t work satisfactorily. My wife also got great help with her facial skin need. Thank you Anh Mai for best service ever😊👍

  Highly professional pharmacy with wonderful staff who speak great English. They helped us with a bad skin rash on my son, diagnosed it perfectly and gave excellent advice and prescribed effective medication 💊 They even checked in on us later via WhatsApp to see how he was doing. Thank you for the amazing care!

  I went to ABC pharmacy because I was feeling unwell while on holiday and needed some over the counter medication. I was worried about the language barrier and about my condition potentially worsening, but the pharmacist Dạ Uyên was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. She also went the extra mile to explain and ensure that all the medication would be breastfeeding safe. I immediately felt better mentally and after a couple of days feel much better physically too. I highly recommend this pharmacy and Dạ Uyên, especially if you are traveling to Hoi An.

  Dạ Uyên was so helpful and understood exactly what I needed from a medical perspective and was able to suggest some fantastic products which I will now continue to use after feeling so unwell in a foreign country. Her guidance and advice was incredible and spot on I highly recommend and appreciate her support & advice. If feeling unwell and need assistance in any medication to get back on track I would highly recommend Dạ Uyên.. 5 stars 🌟

  I had an absolutely exceptional experience at this pharmacy, thanks to Trang. She went far beyond what I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. Her kindness, empathy, and genuine care were truly remarkable. Trang took the time to explain everything in detail, helped me choose the right treatment, and even followed up with me in the following days to check on my health and progress. In today’s impersonal world, this level of humanity and professionalism is incredibly rare and deeply touching. I’m truly grateful for her help and can’t recommend this pharmacy highly enough — professional, caring, and genuinely dedicated to their patients’ well-being.

  Anh Mai was extremely knowledgeable and helped treat a skin condition i got from a beetle in Vietnam. Very much appreciated her recommendation for treatment and would highly recommend her & the pharmacy. She followed up a few days post treatment to see how I was progressing and it was both thoughtful & I considered it over the top concern for the folks she helps!

  Visited pharmacy twice for my wife. Both times pharmacists (Ngoc Diep & Da Uyen) spoke English and were very helpful. They advised on medication that fixed her issues very quickly. They both followed up via Whatsapp to make see how my wife was doing. Highly recommended.

  Okay so I’m very confused about my visit and I want to share it so others don’t trust this place blindly just because of good reviews. I went there with mild allergic reaction on my eyelid. It was just pink, not swollen, but itchy. I knew what the reaction was from, just needed some medication to calm it down. I went and they started to ask me if I have difficulty breathing and if they can measure my blood pressure. I was okay with that, they just wanted to know I’m not getting into shock or something, allergies can be tricky. She was telling me she will call a doctor and consult with them to recommend medication. In this point I spent like 30 minutes there. In the end, she recommended me supplements for 400K vnd, eyelid wipes for 500k, sterile “artificial tears” for 250k, regular allergy pills and three pills in a little bag. When I said it’s a lot, she was very persistent with “for your condition you need to be very careful and use this medication”. I googled the wipes and it was for chronic eyelid inflammation, and when I asked AI if it’s also good for allergy, it warned me that it’s actually very risky to applied those wipes on sensitive, wounded or reactive skin and can worsen my reaction. I showed that to the pharmacist and she said I cannot trust everything on the internet and again that for my condition and especially blepharitis, it’s important to use what she recommends because she consulted with a doctor. So I googled what blepharitis is. Well, it’s nasty, but definitely not what I had! So in that moment, 45 minutes in, I decided to buy those three pills (21k vnd total) and leave. (I have allergy pills at home so I didn’t need to buy that.) I went to the pharmacy next door. Told them the same - I have allergy on my lid, need a cream for it. She also consulted with a doctor, offered me cream for 60k. I checked online what it is for, it’s for allergies and topical reactions, perfect. Bought it, done in 5 minutes. I used it in the evening and now in the morning + my allergy pills, and reaction is 90% gone. So, please, be careful here - and everywhere else. Use your brain, common sense and trust your gut. They are definitely caring here and maybe it was miscommunication and one time mistake. But if I trusted them, not only I would loose over 1 million in medication I didn’t need, but also I would damage my health. The pills I bought here? I will throw it away - it’s strong corticosteroids (Medrol: methylprednisolone, used to reduce inflammation and suppress the immune system).
