  The treatment recommendations from medical assistant Nhi were exactly what I needed for my severe skin hives. My hands improved very quickly and are now back to normal. I am very grateful to Nhi for her help and care!

  I had a swollen eye issue and Nguyet helped me like a Top-Tier professional. She did the triage in conjunction with a doctor and gave me a set of great medicines that helped me almost the same day! It was like visiting an International hospital but faster and cheaper! Fantastic!

  Nhi was very thorough with my son’s skin rashes / hives. She discussed his case with a dermatologist before prescribing a number of products to help him. They were very effective and within a few hours he was looking better and a few days later almost no symptoms at all. She followed up several times too which was helpful. Very good.

  On vacation we passed by the pharmacy in Hoi An because of a cough that was bothering for several days. We got medication for three days to releave the symtoms. We were helped by Nhi who was very friendly and professional. Everything was noted precisely so we knew what to take and when. She also suggested follow up via Whatsapp if we had any questions which was a great relief.

  The pharmacist was so nice and went above and beyond to help me. Although I went to buy one medicine, she asked what issue I was having. She took her time and used Google Translate to communicate with me. She suggested several other things for the issue which helped a lot. She even followed up few days later how I was doing. Highly recommend this pharmacy.. She does not just try selling things to you. She listens to your concern and will suggest things and explains.

  We went to see Nguyet at ABC pharmacy in Hoi A with a complaint that was affecting my vacation. Nguyet took time to listen and researched my symptoms, she advised the medication to purchase and within 5 days or so everything was fine, she also gave me follow up calls to check my progress. Would recommend this Pharmacy.

  I had a great experience at this pharmacy near the ancient town in Hoi An during my stay in Vietnam. I was dealing with a urinary tract infection, and the pharmacist named Ngi was incredibly helpful and attentive. She could understand basic English and really made an effort to communicate clearly about my symptoms and the medication I needed. She was very accommodating, patient, and explained everything thoroughly. I truly appreciated her kindness and willingness to help—it made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommended!
