  Trinh, is the best pharmasist at MIA Pharmacy in Hoi An and is super helpful. She listens so well and gave me the right medication. She also checked in with me the day after to ensure I was feeling better. Forever grateful, thank you.

  I needed some medication for my daughter for her stomach flu. I arrived first thing in the morning to get her the medicine. Thuy Hang was very helpful. With the information I provided Thuy was able to give me correct medication for my daughter. Thuy is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend MIA Pharmacy, especially if you are travelling and are in Hoi An.

  My Hao at MIA Pharmacy provided excellent service. She treated my stomach flu efficiently and made sure I understood the instructions by writing them on the box. She also checked in on me via WhatsApp later to ensure I was recovering well. Very responsible pharmacist. Definitely worth a visit if you need help in Hoi An.

  After a day exploring on a scooter I ended up with severe sunburn to my arms and cheeks — more serious than I’d realised. Trinh assessed me quickly, accurately diagnosed the extent of the damage, and prescribed exactly what I needed. But what truly set her apart was going well beyond the expected. She took my WhatsApp contact and proactively kept in touch throughout my recovery, even requesting photos so she could continue monitoring my condition once I was back in the UK. That level of personal care and follow-through is rare anywhere, let alone while travelling. Outstanding service, Trinh — thank you.

  The pharmacist Planh in Mia Pharmacy Hoi An is wonderful she helped my husband get rid of his cold and flu symptoms so he could enjoy his holiday. She even followed up to see how he was. It is Better than the service we receive at home in Australia!!

  I highly recommend this pharmacy especially Thuy Hang! I was on holiday in Vietnam and unfortunately got food poisoning. I finally decided to go to the pharmacy and Thuy Hang was very helpful (communication was easy as she speaks English). She gave me medication and her WhatsApp number. After a couple of days she checked in with me via WhatsApp 🙌 absolutely outstanding service.

A friend in our group had a renal colic episode while traveling, and the team provided immediate support, professional advice, and the right medication. What truly stood out was the level of care beyond that first moment. Throughout our stay in Vietnam, they continued to check in on her recovery, showing genuine concern and dedication.   Excellent service! The girl who helped me was very kind and supportive. The medications she recommended really worked, and thanks to her help I was able to continue enjoying my trip without any problems. I highly recommend this pharmacy 100%!
