  Really nice and affortable hotel at the riverside of Hoi An. We are so happy to stay here. The Hospitality is awesome. The host is so friendly, very responsive and helpfully. They help us to booking transportation with good prices. The room is nice and clean. The location is good, about 10-15minutes walking to ancient town, 1 minute walking to halal restaurant.. and there are bicycles, free for use. We are so glad to find this hotel. highly recommend. Thank you so much Anriva Hotel ^^

  Had wonderful stay here at Anriva, located 10 minutes away by foot to ancient town. The place had sufficient amenities to stay comfortably for multiple nights and the place run by a lovely couple. Breakfast was included and made to order, citing the choices are limited but it is indeed tasty and well prepared. The room is spotless without any sign of wear, with modern style of design coupled with proper amenities. Toiletries were given appropriately and the bathroom was clean with a tub to soak in after all the walking. Overall the place is suitable for those who want to have peaceful nights without any noise, near to famous attractions and convenient for those to spend nights at Hoi An.

  Great value for money at this lovely homestay. The family were very attentive to my needs, breakfast is understandably limited, but all I had was freshly cooked and delicious. My only complaint it that the soundproofing between rooms was lacking, meaning I could hear even hushed conversations from the room next to me. Overall a great homestay in a good, quiet locatin. I would stay again!

  This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the hosts are amazing. They really take care of everything and make you feel welcome from the very first moment – always friendly, helpful, and kind. The location is perfect: you can walk to the Old Town in just a few minutes, and with the free bicycles it’s easy and fun to explore the entire city. We truly loved our stay and would definitely come back!

  The reception/staff here was definitely the best thing about the place, they offered some breakfast (local Mi Quang and some other stuff I don't remember) Laundry service available, 30k vnd/KG, 90k vnd minimum (I saw this is the same cost as the laundry services down the road) Keep in mind through this review that we got one of the cheaper tier rooms (Standard Double), so if you get the more expensive one may be different experience. I did get to see into the larger more expensive rooms, those looked much better maintained and newer. I do regret not booking one of those instead The room itself did look a bit old, a bit like somebody's lived in room for a while, with a ton of those small baby moth worms/eggs on the walls and not fresh paint Room was incredibly non-soundproof, we could very easily hear the couple in the next room arguing non-stop lol (which actually apparently was a connecting room, but they locked the 2 doors so couldn't get in) Toilet was a bit tight on space with a sloping roof right above the toilet, and no seperate wet/dry area. Really unfortunate the drain for the shower was barely functioning, even with the poor water pressure from the shower, it still backed up within a minute or so and it was a little uneasy standing in drain water lol The toilet itself looked quite nice with nice marble, but it was all black so with the backed up drain, gave a bit of a dirty impression - Air conditioning was great and really cold - Wifi worked fine Location-wise it's not great but also not that bad, if you're alright with a 15-25min walk (5min by car/motorbike), you can reach the Old Town/night market, but it's not near anything else like convenience stores or many food stalls. Overall, this isn't a terrible place, and I've stayed at worse places, especially as a budget option, but if I were to come back again, I'd definitely spend a little more for a more comfortable place, at a more convenient location. A bit of a shame as the staff was really friendly and nice edit: address on Grab/xanh SM maps seems to be a bit off, the drivers kept stopping around 3min walk away from the hotel , you need to give them the specific address, not just search 'Anriva Hotel' on these apps

  This is a nice homestay that is located a little outside of hoi an old town. It is good for avoiding too much noise that is at old town, but a little too far to walk in hot weather. The couple running the homestay are very good and I really appreciated the service. The toilet is also amazing

  First of all, I want to highlight Mon’s incredible hospitality during our three-day stay. Upon arrival, Mon and his family gave us a warm welcome, and he even assisted us by carrying our luggage up to the third floor. We were amazed by how spacious and spotless the room was. The location is perfect, incredibly serene and quiet at night for a good sleep, but with a restaurant right next door if you need supper. It is just a stone’s throw from the Ancient Town, and you can easily explore on your own using their free bicycles. Mon also prepares breakfast personally based on a menu provided, I highly recommend the Hoi An Banh Mi!Overall, I highly recommend to stay at this place due to the strategic location and overall hospitality.

  There is a very good reason that Anriva has a 4.9 rating on Trip Advisor. It is a fantastic family run Hotel in Hoi An. Away from the crazy busy part yet close enough to walk. the rooms are very clean spacious and have a great view of the river. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Very reasonably prices as well.
