A little oasis among all the hustle and noise of the city. The entire staff was so courteous and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I’ve traveled to many places around the world, and this property is easily one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. From the greenery, the staff, the rooms, every single detail of this place is cared for. You have your own private villa and cannot hear anyone nearby. The shower water pressure is immaculate (this matters!). The rooms are cozy, clean, and spacious. And don’t get me started on how cheap the spa services are. I had the best massage of my life here for 11 USD. I can’t put into words how exceptional our stay here was. We wanted a place close to the Old Town Market, but just far enough away to not deal with the hustle and bustle of cars and foot traffic. You wouldn’t believe this property is about a 15-20 minute walk from the heat of it all with how peaceful and tranquil it is. Even if you’re not up to walking that far, you can easily order a Grab or use one of the bikes they provide for free. This place is just the best gem in Hoi An.

I cannot express how amazing the staff and hotel is here. We stayed for three night and my only regret is we ran out of time and didn’t take the free bikes down to the beach or rice patties. The massage was amazing. Great girls and so professional. Please try it. Wish I had gotten one every day. Just not enough time to do everything everyday.

We spent a week here and absolutely loved it! Vang and staff cant do enough to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Made to order breakfasts were delicious. The gardens feel as if you walked into a little oasis. The bungalows are situated to ensure privacy. The pool is a wonderful feature. Walk into old town, approx 15 minutes, or take advantage of the free bikes on offer. I would highly recommend and hope to see you all next year!

This was an absolute treat to stay in. Stunning pool surrounded by beautiful green and clean spacious rooms. She gave us a discounts for staying an extra night and was very flexible when our friends weren't ready to check out. Although the best thing about this place was the banana pancakes (absolutely delicious would highly recommend).

I really wanted to love this place, but upon coming back from shopping wearing some newly purchased silk shorts I slipped and fell and hit my quad on the corner of one of the ledges (to which I received the worst bruise I’ve ever seen), hit my head on the concrete, and ripped by shorts which I have to get re tailored, it wasn’t even rainy but the plants in the garden had just been watered and the ground was wet. It was just outside of the reception office, not even in the pool area where one would logically watch their step, and no one working there inquired to see if I was okay, with one of the guests seeming to be laughing at me. I told the receptionist about this upon checkout to no empathy, no sorry, only an OK. I was really upset about the whole thing and ruined the entire stay for me. The sheer ignorance and nonchalance of the staff there was astonishing. Not once during check in were we notified that the tile is extremely hazardous when wet. The bikes they have do not work and are all rusty with most of the breaks sticking. I’m leaving 2 stars merely because the homestay itself is beautiful. But the lack of care from the employees should be severely addressed, and please add signage about the tile other than just in the rooms, people can seriously get hurt and I’m lucky I only got a bruise and ripped my shorts instead of a concussion.

Lovely, helpful staff who made our stay so easy and welcoming from start to finish. The freshly cooked breakfast was a real highlight, especially the delicious pancakes! Although the hotel isn’t right in the centre of the old town, it’s super easy to get in and out using Grab bikes or cars. The pool and surrounding area were great for relaxing, and the whole place has a simple, rustic charm that made it feel really special.

What a delightful place Betel Villas are. The surrounding gardens are full of exquisite bonsai and other well manicured trees. The grounds are tranquil and a quiet retreat, in a perfect area to stay. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but has restaurants a small supermarket pharmacy etc very close by. A few minutes walk from the riverside where you can walk into the city in 20 minutes. There are well maintained bicycles available too. The ride to the beach is very easy. The accommodation is spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast which offers a good selection and is cooked to order,is served in a lovely spot overlooking the green and lush gardens. The family are all very friendly and the wonderful Ms Vang can help with organising tours and onward travel. All in all I can’t think of a better place to stay we truly love it. The pool by the way is stunning and very inviting.
