  Came here to exchange money, had a better exchange rate than at the airport. But also Ms.Moon is extremely helpful with her information on tourist attractions. Very transparent on prices and suggestions and how to get the best rates. We also rented a scooter for 24 hours from her. If you had any doubts about booking tours for main tourist attractions, she is the person to ask. Highly recommend!

  We joined a group tour to Sun World Ba Na Hills. The tour was well organized, and the guide explained everything clearly beforehand and was always available throughout the day. We were picked up from our hotel in Hoi An, and after about 1 to 1.5 hours, we arrived at the Sun World parking area. Our first stop was the Jardin d’Amour, followed by the Golden Bridge. We didn’t choose the lunch buffet option, so after that, we split from the rest of the group and had free time around the main area until 15:15, when it was time to return. The time provided was sufficient — although, of course, you can’t expect to try all the rides, as it depends on the queues. I would like to thank Yuri, our guide who is always smiling and ready to help us at any moment. They gave us a 0.5L bottle of water in the morning and another 0.5L when we returned. Tips: Remember to bring sunscreen and extra water, as it can get quite hot — especially since you’ll be outdoors for most of the first part of the visit.

  Booked day tour to My Son the morning of the tour. Lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful. Seems like a honest business. Definitely would recommend other travelers to book through this agency. BTW, I took the half day tour to My Son with boat ride back to Hoi An. The boat ride was nothing special, would have preferred to just drive back to town.

  I had problems in Hoi An, this agency helped me get cheap tickets for a sleeper bus, much unlike others, a little angel girl helped me like no one else during a long trip around Vietnam. The owner of the hotel where I stayed refused to let me wait for the transfer to the bus even for 30 percent of the room rate in the lobby on a chair , the girl at the agency offered to store my things and wait with them if I wanted, but I had a three-day ticket to visit the sights. I'll take my time and leave calmly. Thanks to the little angel.This is not an advertisement, I always tell the truth, that's what makes me different from others.

  Following the shop’s reply to my initial review, I’d like to clarify a few details. Please be cautious when exchanging money here. At noon on Monday, I exchanged two €10 bills — all slightly folded — and received the rate of 30.2k. When I returned five hours later with another €10 bill and three €20 in the same condition, I was offered only 28k for the €10 bill and 30.2k for the €20 bills. The woman first claimed it was because it was a €10 note, then said it was because the bill was folded, even though all my bills were folded the same way earlier. It feels like she always finds an excuse to pay less than the proper rate. A very disappointing and dishonest experience.
