  We had a great stay of 7 days here. Lovely place. Close to the center. Friendly owner. Big house, nice rooms, some stuff had seen some time but overall great place. Would come again. And oh yeah, great swimming pool for a refreshing swim! Also great to remote work here. There are a lot of tables where you can sit.

  I highly recommend this place! The location is perfect, close both to Hoi An city center and the beach, with beautiful rice fields nearby, so it’s easy to relax away from the crowds. The rooms are quite simple, but very clean and equipped with everything you need. A big plus for the excellent internet connection. The biggest highlight of this place, however, is the owners, especially the hostess. She is absolutely lovely, warm, and incredibly helpful. During my stay, I got sick for one day, and she took such great care of me bringing me food from a nearby restaurant and checking in to see if I needed anything. I honestly haven’t experienced such genuine hospitality in a long time. Communication with the owners was excellent throughout the whole stay. I truly felt cared for there. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place!

  What a lovely experience! My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was very clean and spacious and had a balcony, perfect for a late night glass of wine. The pool was a perfect temperature and immaculately clean, available day and night. Our hosts were extremely helpful, booking us an excursion and sorting our laundry out. We talked for ages about Hoi An and Vietnam in general, fascinating. This experience was so much more personal and enjoyable than a standard hotel stay. We loved the location, there are plenty of nice restaurants to eat in and everything is walkable if you're reasonably healthy. We've stayed in Hoi An Old Town before, but we much preferred it here. The Old Town can be very manic, this place is much more chilled. We've actually booked to stay again ☺️

  I missed the place the moment I left. Everything is perfect and if something is not, they will do their best to make it perfect again. The owners are the kindest, the rooms are super comfy and have everything you might need. The bathroom is great, the bed is great, there is a balcony, a smarttv, fridge, kettle. You get 2 small bottles a water daily. Coffee, tea. I even got some coconut cracker snacks, which i absolutely loved (a bit too much 😂). And most important, it is quiet. The windows and doors shut out sounds well and I never heard another room. The only downside is the glass door without a curtain, this is easy to fix and would add a lot of comfort. Now I woke up many times at night because someone else turned on the light in their room and it would shine so bright into the hallway and therefor your room too. Really, this place is great. I stayed 10 nights, then wanted to check out da Nang, which I hated, so I came back to hoi an within 2 days, but sadly for me the place is fully booked or I'd have returned. Will def. Book again in the future!! Thank you so much for letting me stay in your home and taking such good care of me ❤️

  We had a great family stay here! the rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Also the host was super kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would be very happy to come back again and highly recommend this place!

  What a lovely find! Nga is so warm and inviting. She had great recommendations for food and tailors, we were disappointed. The rooms were great, just a shame we didn’t have time to use the pool. It is slightly out of the old town but it was a lovely walk back after good food which was needed as we always overate. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Nga x

  Amazing location (if you seek something outside of the noisy center), lovely service and absolutely worth the price. We got bikes, laundry and received water every day, and got help arranging a car to Da Nang. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend!

  Amazing place to stay, close to the old town and the beach. Beautiful house with everything you need.and an abundance of great nearby eateries like Claypot, Sunshine Cafe and Noodle House. A super helpful host who made us feel so welcome and provided us everything we needed during our stay. We'll be back one day!!!
