Honestly if I could give more than five stars I would. Such a wonderful place to stay, the family who own the business are the loveliest people and extremely accommodating, full of helpful tips. The room was spotless and huge, with an amazing shower and balcony. For the price we were amazed by how perfect everything was - they charge such reasonable rates to tourists! It’s a 5 minute walk to the old town and near a pharmacy, supermarket and restaurants so couldn’t be better. A real gem!!!! Couldn’t fault it.

Perfect location. Quiet and yet so close to the old town. Perfect hosts. Helpful and friendly. Perfect room. Large spacious triple, with balcony and ensuite.  Towels were changed daily. Cheap cold water and kettle available. Brilliant restaurants nearby. I highly recommended Chopsticks. This homestay was a great find

Really hospitable owner, clean rooms with aircon and a fan. Quiet part of town. Nicely out of the way of the chaos of the inner city but very walkable distance from it. Scooter rental and transport can be arranged here too. All in all a great experience!

The homestay itself is lovely — clean rooms, beautiful location, and overall good value. However, one major downside is the noise during early check-ins. Although the check-in time clearly states 12 PM on the entrance wall, guests are often allowed to arrive as early as 7 AM. This results in a lot of noise — people talking loudly, dragging luggage, and even shouting — making it nearly impossible to sleep in. This happened several times during our stay and was quite frustrating. If you're a light sleeper or value peaceful mornings, this might be a dealbreaker. But if you're an early riser or don’t mind being woken up, this place could still be a great choice.

The location of Pebble homestay is very convenient, and the owners, especially the young lady, were accomodating. However, the rooms in person look nothing like the pictures posted on here and on booking.com. The water bottles are also charged a fee after the first three, which was quite odd to us considering that we had never experienced this in any other accomodation in Vietnam. We found bugs in the room, and our room smelt mouldy and pungent, which was our final straw that forced us to request a refund. There is no elevator in the homestay, so you must carry your luggage to your room, and because our room was at the highest level, it was extremely tiresome, and would've been an annoyance to other guests as carrying heavy suitcases made loud noises.

The room was very comfortable but not too spacious for three people. The rooftop view was fine. It was clean and the basic amenities were well provided. The bathroom had a bidet. The homestay owner was very friendly and informative.Highly recommended to stay here.

We cannot recommend Pebble Homestay highly enough! This was a quiet, very clean, comfortable stay a very short and convenient walking distance to the town center. Excellent service, the family that owns this homestay is so kind and helpful and will arrange different tours for you. They also make a delicious breakfast for you with a small extra cost. The family always greeted us with smiles and went out of their way to make it a great experience. This was one of our favorite stays in Vietnam because of the hospitality. The room is basic but very clean and comfortable. Thank you Pebble Homestay!
