  This place was amazing, we definitely got more than we paid for! The breakfasts were incredible, there was different types of fresh fruit juice everyday, The pool is well kept. The bikes were free to use and Kim (owner) was really friendly. Our room was cleaned everyday to an exceptional standard. The bed was really comfortable and the best pillows we’ve had in our month stay in Vietnam. We couldn’t hear any of the other guests in others' rooms, so great soundproofing. Without a doubt the best place we have ever stayed.

  We had a long stay here with my wife and we truly enjoyed our time. The house is beautiful, very clean, and everything is well maintained with great attention to detail. We stayed in both types of rooms during our stay, and both were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Kim and her family are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful. They really made us feel at home from the first day. The breakfasts are very good and affordable, and the laundry service was also very helpful for a long stay like ours. Thank you so much to Kim and her family for everything. We highly recommend this homestay and would happily stay here again!

  We spent a week at Dragon Villa and everything was truly wonderful. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The owner, Kim, took care of us every day and was always very friendly. Thank you so much! 😊 Additionally, it’s only about 6–7 minutes to the city center by scooter, so the location is very central and convenient.

  We had a great stay here! The host was super friendly and went above and beyond and met our every need. The room was a nice size, bed was very comfy, and the bathroom was spacious (the tub was a nice bonus). It was about a 35-40 minute walk into the Old Town and Grab usually cost 45,000vnd. I’d definitely recommend booking here and I’ll definitely stay here next time I visit.

  This is the most pleasant and hospitable family I have ever met in Vietnam. They were so kind and polite to me. The house has a very friendly and family-oriented atmosphere. The rooms are clean and modern, and it is a pleasure to stay there. The room has plenty of light, fast internet, and is spacious. It is one of the best places I have ever stayed in Vietnam. I would also like to thank this family for giving me a birthday cake. It was very nice of them. If you are considering staying there, I encourage you to do so, and you will not regret it.

  Really highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An! The rooms and bed were so comfortable and very clean with good AC. Also the hosts were so lovely and thoughtful and could help with any questions or requests I had about my stay!

  Such a great place to stay, one of the best I’ve stayed in so far in Vietnam! Kim and her family are really lovely and helpful, and her home is beautiful and very well set up for guests. The location is really nice and peaceful which is good to get away from the crowds in the centre of the city.

  What a fantastic stay we had at the Dragon Villa|Hoi An|Ms Kim was amazing, helped to sort out anything we needed.|Taxis, trips out around the area|She would message every day to check everything was ok|We had a lovely breakfast each day|On our last day, Kim prepared a meal and we sat down with her and her husband and had a great evening|Absolutely would recommend to others, great value for money, lovely hosts, like being at home||I couldn't fault the place, it was in an area just out of the main old town, taxis were around 50000, $2|or £1.75|Really easy to get around
