  Vincent and his family are amazing to say the least. My interaction with Vincent started even before we checked in. And throughout the conversation he was so kind and invested in all the questions I had. We opted for an airport pickup and he came to the main door to pick us up. The stay is a little far (walking distance) from the main street where the car drops you and he was kind enough to bring us to the stay location himself. After that, we were given welcome drinks and he made sure the check in process was very smooth. The best part is that he keeps all the conversations so lovely you actually feel the welcoming nature he and the family have. The breakfast is prepared in their inhouse kitchen and there are limited options to choose from but it is so so warm you feel right at home! There is a swimming pool toh can spend time in. Vincent will help you understand the local places also and would provide a brochure and a map to help you. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very aesthetic if I must say. Ours was on the ground floor and also came with a very pretty balcony. Loved the stay, would definitely recommend it!

  It really deserves its 5 star rating. The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool area was really nice and there were free bikes to take out whenever you liked. The host was one of the best I've come across and he went out of his way to make the hospitality a step above.

  The staff at Vincent’s House went above and beyond for us. I couldn’t recommend them more. They upgraded our room, gave us amazing recommendations for Hoi An and many surrounding areas, and were so helpful with any request. They helped us organise sending a parcel home, too. The hostel itself is so beautiful, the rooms are light and airy and we slept incredibly well. After we had checked out and spent a bad night at a hostel on the beach, they even let us return with our bags the following day and took care of them until our bus arrived in the evening. Would highly highly recommend you stay here! Thank you so much to all the staff for your help.

  If you're looking for a guesthouse with the feel of a homestay but the quality of a hotel, then look no further! Vincent & team provide exceptional service all round - warm welcomes, excellent recommendations discounted tours - nothing is too much trouble. Plus they speak perfect English which is a greatly appreciated luxury in Vietnam. Our bedroom was perfect - the bed was enormous, the bathroom was spotless & spacious, with towels changed daily if required, air con was strong, minibar very reasonabley priced, laundry basket provided which is collected daily. Honestly, better than some 5 star hotels!

  Amazing place to stay if visiting Hoi An. It is within walking distance to the old town but yet set back enough that it is quiet. Vincent and the team are all lovely, they can’t do enough to help and they provide you with lots of recommendations on places to go and restaurants to eat at. The accommodation is of a high standard. The rooms have a large double bed and the bathroom is huge with a powerful shower and stand alone bath. Definitely worth staying here if visiting Hoi an.

  Vincent is probably the best host you can find in Hoi An: his family and him are always there to help you with any possible request and advice! The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was quiet and enjoyable, the bikes we borrowed were fine. I couldn't ask for more, I'll definitely come back here next time I'll be in Hoi An!

  We had such a wonderful 4-night stay at Vincent’s House, Vincent and his family were so helpful, welcoming and friendly. Fantastic value and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay again in future. Any recommendations or bookings you need, Vincent is on hand to support. We only checked out today and miss Hoi An so much already!

  A beautiful cool oasis in the heart of Hoi An. Vincent was so kind and so helpful when we needed to move dates and rooms etc. he just couldn’t do enough to make sure we were looked after.||He provides a map with traveler recommendations about restaurants and attractions which was brilliant! Whenever we went to eat we just consulted his map and list of restaurants and they were all as good as he said they were going to be. It made it easy to work out where to go because it can be a bit chaotic trying to work out whether a restaurant is good or not.||Beautifully clean and spacious room with thoughtful extras like a laundry bag. We had a balcony overlooking some houses and their garden and chickens and we loved seeing and hearing them going about their daily lives. ||The pool was cool and refreshing and so nice and quiet - a lovely place to relax for a few hours after the hustle and bustle of Hoi An.||The breakfast was excellent - especially the banana pancakes so make sure you don’t miss out! ||A very special place with superb service and lovely little touches that really make this a fantastic place to stay and escape from the heat and noise of Hoi An - but within walking distance of Old Town so you can pop down to eat drink and shop and when you’re done you can retreat to this beautiful oasis.
