What can I say? We found this place through google maps and I wish there were more stars to give! The stag is extremely polite and helpful. The food is AMAZING!! Nothing was precooked (a usual complaint I had with other restaurants). We were 3 people, very hungry. We got two fish fillets, one serving of chili prawns, eggplant with garlic, garlic bread, the local rose dumplings, two desserts and drinks. We paid 1.030.000 dong (~34$). Definitely recommend this place!

We were lucky to have stumbled into Firefly Restaurant for dinner one evening while walking from our hotel. It looked good and a little busy, so we thought to give it a try. Once we were seated, it seemed that we were very lucky to have gotten there when we did, as it got very busy and people were waiting on the sidewalk to get seats. We soon figured out why. The food was delicious and the family running the restaurant made the experience even better. All of the meats were cooked tender and the vegetables were served with a perfect crunch to the bite. The sauces and seasonings were all so tasty and accentuated the meal deliciously. We enjoyed our first meal so much we went back for a second time and the food and service were both consistent with our first visit. I can honestly say I do not recall ever having shrimp cooked so perfectly as it was here at Firefly. Really worth your time and empty stomach to come here and enjoy a meal. Thank you.

Blinking lovely place they have here. This is not a fake review of 5 stars it’s with every penny. We’ve been around Asia for 60 days. we’ve been here before in 2025 and 2024 and they have it just right. The menu is not extensive, but what they do is done well. You are welcomed with a smile and lots of fans and a giant air con unit. We had the calamari and rose dumplings to start with. Both tasty and served hot. For mains we had the Nasi Goreng and Singapore Noodles (not shy with the prawns 🍤). Then cheesecake and crème brûlée 🍮 for afters. I would say the brûlée was small for the price but deliciously creamy and a nice hot crunchy top. Cheesecake was so, so perhaps a spoonful of passion fruit drizzled over would enhance taste and presentation. All this plus 1 coke, 1 Fanta, 1 beer and 2 Long Island ice teas for £30 including 3% service charge for using our card (our fault for being so greedy haha) Fully recommend this place. Consistently good food and service. Well done 👍 🙏 🤩

We had sweet and sour pork as well as lemongrass and chilli chicken - they both come with rice included. They were amazing, really good portions and so worth the price. The family here are really attentive and make sure you are definitely enjoying your meal, they put a lot of care into this. We spotted a passion fruit cheesecake and obviously got it - SUBLIME.

Fourteen of us dined here tonight and were welcomed very enthusiastically by all of the family members that run this restaurant! The food was delicious, the beers were ice cold and the cocktails were mixed superbly! We can’t wait to swap some Australian license plate numbers when we return!

We were recommended local dishes like Cau Lau noodles and white rose dumplings which were a magical delicacy - the flavours of the noodles were incredible and there wwere so many textures to the dumplings. Great place to taste the authentic food of central Vietnam.

Or favourite restaurant in Hoi An! Discovered this place a few nights before we left, and fell in love. The best service and chats from the hosts, excellent cocktails and the best White Rose Dumplings we had all trip! Our kids adored it. Such a sweet ambience and vibe. You must try the red snapper fish and chips!

Absolutely amazing, food was served fresh and hot, one of my favorite meals in Hoi An. The crispy spring rolls and white rose dumplings were the best!
