  Our dinner was fantastic! Delicious, fine flavours, really excellent, the pomelo salad was just wow! Special thanks to Luna, she's outstanding, friendly service, super professional and pleasant communication :) Soon again for sure

  We had the buffet every morning during our stay at Delicacy Hotel Hoi An. There was a wide variety of food, and the cha gio was absolutely delicious. The staff provided excellent service — very attentive and always happy to explain things about the city and give helpful advice.

  Best Extremely polite staff. Vivian was exceptional 👌 to us. She arranged vegan food for me as there was limited options. Great service. Hannah was also great at reception. Beautifully located

  Excellent food. We ate there several times during our stay at Hotel Delicacy. All the dishes we tried were great, also the service. The hotel is not in the Old Town which makes it even better as it’s away from the chaos:-)

  We only had breakfasts here for the 3 days we were there. Beautifully and tastefully decorated with ample varied selection for breakfast which we love rather than those huge buffet places with wasteful leftovers. Next to the pool too with options of indoor and outdoor seatings. Staff were just so lovely, polite and kind, attentive to the young children too. We are going to miss your big smile Ricky 😁. Hope to return again real soon.

  Everyone was so incredibly accommodating and kind! Our stay here was truly amazing! The most amazing and attentive service, and delicious food. I could eat here every day

  Our waitress Luna was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed our meal in this beautiful setting. We came by for a quick light dinner and only ordered two small meals which were good and fresh. Because of the wonderful staff and atmosphere we would love to go back to sample more of their dishes.
