  Thu was exceptional in helping us dining and with our 4 yr old daughter today on our lunch stop on the way to Hoi An ancient town. The food here at Reu is organic and very high end, beautiful presentation and the slaws, pickled veggies and salads are wonderful! The ride into the restaurant from the main road parking lot is on a golf cart, and once you enter it’s like a movie set. My daughter called it a cheese house, complete with alley cats and her acting like a mouse. They cater to tourists, with rooms with AC or rooms without. Menus in English and assortment of beverages with full bar.

  We had a feast of traditional Vietnamese dishes, but the absolute standout was the flavorful caramelized pork belly served in a rustic coconut shell. Paired with fresh water spinach, roasted eggplant, and savory tofu, every bite was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. Highly recommend stopping here for an amazing meal!

  My husband and I did a cooking class experience here. From start to finish it was a feast for the senses. Our chef and guide Trin was fantastic! Thank you to everyone from the Rêu team. ❤️

  We had a fabulous experience at Reu dining for a cooking class of traditional Hoi An cuisine. Our cooking instructor (Trinh Vo) was top flight, and the shoulder/foot massage was an unexpected pleasure. We capped off our experience with a short walk to the docks, where we tried our hand at traditional net fishing. We would strongly this to any visitor to Hoi An!

  Such a unique restaurant. The property is spread out on a beautiful piece of land. I loved the food and the staff were so kind and helpful. Lovely food, and very creative menu! I brought my camera and took some pictures because everything was so photogenic!!

  Agriculture, fishing, cookery class (making and eating Nuró’c Mám, Tam Hūru, Bánh Xèo and BánhCuôn Nóng Tôm, Thįt, Nám). Lots of help for difficult bits like making the rice paper. And after we had eaten what we’d made, we were served a delicious three course lunch. The whole experience, including a foot massage, was great.

  The restaurant is located in a rather unique spot — tucked away in the Tra Que vegetable village, just 2–3 km from Hoi An Ancient Town. It’s completely peaceful, with distinctive architecture and plenty of open space. There’s a large area suitable for groups and a cozy section for couples overlooking a spacious garden. We chose the first set menu called “Old Boat”, which focuses on seafood. It started with small, creative dishes in a fine dining style — beautifully presented and delicious. The pomelo salad with shrimp was especially impressive, perfectly balanced in flavor and very refined. However, after the first three courses served individually, the next three dishes — rice, fish, and stir-fried vegetables — all came out together on large plates, more like homestyle or street-style food. They were tasty but not particularly special or creative. This mix of service styles felt a bit odd: the meal started with slow enjoyment of every bite, but ended with an abundance of food that made it feel more like eating just to finish rather than savoring. In short, we would have preferred fewer dishes — each one truly bursting with flavor and a clear culinary identity — rather than this mix of fine dining and street-style food. It felt like going from the top of a mountain straight down a slope. Service was good and professional. The restroom was clean and well-maintained.

  We visited Rêu Dining as part of a tour and cooking class. The fish dish was very good and stood out as the highlight of the meal. However, beyond that, the rest of the food ranged from average to below average in terms of flavor. Overall, while the experience itself was interesting as part of the tour, the food did not leave a strong impression.
