  Great location as it is near Old Town and they provide bikes for you to explore. The service is superb, reception is always ready to help. The room is clean, cold and spacious for a family of four plus our luggages. Plus there is a lift which make this home stay great!

  Brother Villa Hoi An made our stay truly memorable. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, making it a perfect place to relax while still being close to everything in Hoi An. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, giving us a very cozy feeling throughout our stay. What stood out the most was the incredible hospitality. The staff were genuinely warm, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. Their caring attitude and prompt support added so much comfort to our trip. A heartfelt thanks to the owner and Ninh,they were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and assisted us with everything so kindly.

  This hotel felt like a home stay, reception was so friendly and accommodating, helping us book taxi transfers, lantern making/coffee classes and we ended up trying many of the restaurants they recommended during our stay (my quang ong hai was a highlight). There was a wide range of breakfasts to try, you tell them the day before what you’d like and at what time, me and my friends loved coming down each morning to be greeted by food! (The hoi an banh mi was my favourite). Overall, so impressed by the price and the service, our rooms were also lovely with a little balcony view

  This was the perfect spot for us in Hoi An. Close enough to Ancient Town but just far enough to be out of the chaos. The neighborhood is lovely and all the vendors on the street are so sweet. The room was lovely. Clean, modern yet charming, well equipped and a beautiful balcony with a view of the river. The staff is phenomenal. Owners cook you breakfast every morning and take pride in their property. Front desk is available 24/7 and the kindest people we met. We didn’t want to leave but will most definitely make this our home when we come to Hoi An. Thank you so much for your hospitality ❤️🫰🏼🇻🇳

  We had a great stay here. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Hoi An Ancient Town, which made it really easy to explore. The room was lovely, with very comfortable beds, soft duvets and great pillows. The bathroom was also really nice and well kept. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice for both food and drinks, including plenty of Western and Vietnamese options, so there was something for everyone each morning. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. We ended up extending our stay as it was so great! Would definitely recommend staying here.

  The staff is absolutely perfect, from the owners, receptionists, and housekeeper. Nhi was always so accommodating and sweet, as well as the owner who made us amazing breakfast every morning!! It’s in a great location, just a block or two off the loud main roads, so it was a calming getaway. The rooms were so comfortable :) My husband and I will definitely be coming back here!! 😘

  I stayed here for 2days solo, room was big for just me, it was 2 twin beds put together and it was comfortable. The plug sockets are located in odd places so I didn't use the kettle. Had a rail to hang clothes. Bathroom was spacious, it has an internal window with blind to overlook the room(maybe to watch TV?) bathroom window opened out to a balcony where I think they did laundry. Lift was nice touch. Didn't use the small internal pool. Looks cute. The room had a few plaster bugs around, it clearly had been refurbished. Customer service was great and she spoke English and even organised my airport transfer. Conveniently located to the Old town (7min) walk, it's in the quieter bit with local leather makers and tailor. Thank you for making my stay welcome. I would recommend for short stays.

  We had a fantastic stay at Brother villa. It takes about 10 mins to walk to the night market and old town. The hotel is located at a quieter street in Hoi An. However, there are still a number of eateries as well as massages and spas near the hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent for the price paid. There is a coffee/drink stall opposite the hotel that sells good n cheap Vietnamese coffee in the morning. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Hoi An next time.
