  The ladies that run this hotel are very friendly and accommodating! The rooms are very spacious and the villa is located just a short 5-10 minute walk from the city centre and all the beautiful shops!

  Stayed here for 5 nights, room and bathroom were lovely and very clean. Staff are really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great! Location is a little farther from hoi an centre than it could be, around 15 min walk, but you can rent bikes or get grab taxis to get around so it’s still good value for money

  Great location, short walk from ancient town. Friendly staff, big rooms, clean rooms for the most part. Laundry service was great and came back smelling nice. Breakfast is made to order so less variety but still nice There was a mark on our bedsheets when checking in and an empty waterbottle + wrapper in the bin from previous guest. There were a few ants in the room, but it is a tropical country .

  Situated on peaceful Cam Nam Island, Grace River Villa is just a few minutes from the bustle of Hoi An Ancient Town. The location is quiet yet not far to use as a base to explore the town and other areas as we did. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, tastefully designed with warm wood finishes. The bathroom was clean and well-lit, and the entire space felt fresh and airy. Breakfast—served daily by the pool, always fresh and well-presented. We were treated to a spread of tropical fruits, banana pancakes drizzled in chocolate, and fresh juices. It was a lovely way to start the day. Shoes aren’t worn inside the villa, which really helps keep it clean. Whilst there’s only a staircase for guests, there’s a small luggage lift for your bags Overall, a calm and well-run boutique stay. Would definitely stay again if visiting Hoi An.

  Staff were very kind and polite! Location was clean and smelt very nice. No shoes which was a nice touch and made it feel cleaner. Good location as only a grab away. However our room was never cleaned despite putting our please clean sign up which was a shame.

  Not 5 star as stated on booking.com. When questioned on this they admitted it was 3 star. Bugs in beds. V dirty rooms! No private pool as suggested on booking.com. Ask for breakfast order day before. No shoes allowed and taxi cannot get to the hotel for drop of/pick up due to small dirt roads.

  Where do I start? From check in to check out we just felt like we were at home! Situated a short walk from the main road, Grace River Villa is a quiet, friendly, welcoming retreat. The staff is amazing and accommodating, rooms are lovely and cool, and there is so much to see and do in the area! We are wishing now that we were spending the last part of our trip here rather than travelling to Ho Chi Minh City! Thank you to our new friends for making our stay so special!!!

  My family and I enjoyed our stay right here in Grace River Villa Hoi An! Quiet, peaceful and they have a wide spread choice to choose from for breakfast! Highly recommend to stay here for anyone visiting Hoi An even if it’s for a few days!
