  We stayed there during the tet holiday and they kept the price always the same for us, we kept extending our stay because it was so good and in a great location. The owner always helped us and made sure we have everything we need, the rooms were very clean and equipped with everything we may need. The family is very kind we played with their cute puppy. No doubt I will come back to Hoi An and stay there again!💗✨

  The family here is incredibly kind and welcoming. They went out of their way to help me when I had an issue with the booking company, and even assisted me in getting a SIM card. They also shared great local food recommendations, which I really appreciated. Lu (or Lou?), the dog, was an adorable bonus during my short stay! I would definitely come back and happily book here again

  The stay was great and the room + toilet were clean! The owner and wife were very helpful and friendly too! Even linked us up to discounted experiences in hoi an. Also loved the fact that the location was super convenient.

  A hidden gem in Hoi An! I'm from Thailand and stayed here because it's so close to the Ancient Town. The hotel is roadside but surprisingly quiet with great soundproofing. My room was huge, sparkling clean, and the shower had great water pressure. It's the perfect spot if you want to truly relax. The highlight was the owners—they are so sweet and speak English perfectly. They helped me with everything, from rides to basket boat bookings, and were always available to chat. If you're looking for a comfortable and quiet stay in Hoi An, I highly recommend this place!

  I would like to like this place, as the owners are wonderful and the guesthouse is in an excellent location. However, because of my allergies and very sensitive senses, I cannot recommend this place. The place is clean and well maintained, but like in many other places in Vietnam, there is a lot of humidity indoors. I had difficulty breathing at night and had to rely on my asthma medication. My partner did not have any symptoms, but even they found the humidity in the room uncomfortable. In any case, I want to thank the owners for their excellent care, and a special thanks to the dog who brightened every day by always greeting us happily.

  The homestay is in a strategic location, within walking distance to Hoi An Ancient Town. The room was clean and had a nice balcony. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The only downside is that there’s no lift, so you need to carry your luggage upstairs.

  Service was insanely good. Uncle (the owner) was super kind, friendly, flexible and helpful. He helped us with a flexi check in, carrying our heavy luggage & getting us GRAB when we couldn’t due to the rush hour. The location is also good and worth the hype. Everything is quite nearby to each other and walking distance. Rooms were clean and big.

  Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time here! Orchid and her husband were very sweet and kind to us. She sat us down and gave us cheap and local recommendations for shops and things to do in the city and also gave us a driver upon request. The room was absolutely spotless. They checked in with us and were accommodating to our needs. The home stay is also in a great part of the city, easy to walk to the river and shops. We 100% recommended you stay here if you are ever in Hoi An! Very sweet family and great place
