  It’s a gorgeous villa with good facilities and staff really puts in a lot of effort to make you feel comfortable and like staying home. Our room had a balcony and it was nice to sit and soak in the view, the breeze can make you feel in the autumn day. The host Flora had also made special arrangements for breakfast with very tasty omelette, nice drink and fresh seasonal fruits. The location is near the old quater and small local market so easily to buy something. Also Flora did provide lots of helpful recommendations where to go, what to eat and specially the tailor she suggested, the best one I have had in my life , they took care me from A to Z and did a great service and good price. We definitely come back on September when the weather not too hot.

  had such a lovely stay here. The hosts were some of the sweetest and kindest people I have met during my travels. They were warm, caring, and always willing to help, which made the experience feel very personal and special. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and it had everything I needed for a great stay. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel welcomed and taken care of. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

  The location is amazing 10 min walking from the old town, the host is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very nice ! Pressure and hot water available 😊 We stayed one night so we booked the standard room if you stay longer book upgraded one with balcony would be better

  I had a wonderful stay with Flora and the team here. They are kind, knowledgeable hosts. The facilities are well maintained and good value for money. The location is close to many central areas but still far enough away that you can have some peace and quiet. Thank you for having me, I really enjoyed my time.

  We had a wonderful stay at Hoianian Central Villa. The location is excellent, close enough to Hoi An Ancient Town to walk there easily, yet quiet enough for a relaxing night’s sleep. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with a cozy atmosphere. Everything was well maintained and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the incredibly friendly and helpful host. Flora was always available to assist with transportation, local recommendations, and booking activities. Her hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The villa also provides free bicycles, which were perfect for exploring Hoi An. Laundry service was affordable, fast, and our clothes came back fresh and nicely scented. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with fresh ingredients and enough variety to start the day well. Overall, this was one of our favorite stays in Vietnam. We highly recommend Hoianian Central Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place in Hoi An. We would definitely stay here again!

  I had a lovely stay here in Hoi An. The breakfast is homemade and very good (I took banana pancake twice) the rooms are clean, and the service is very kind and welcoming. The location is perfect: it is very quick and easy to reach the city center, but the street itself is quieter. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to explore the city center on foot.

  Hello everyone! I wanna share my experience with Ms Flora. She is a fantastic owner! Her apartment is very cleane, no smell and insects. Awesome location. She was very supportive to my wife and 3 kids. Made beautiful breakfasts and helped to organize tickets to WinWonder. Also provide transportation from the airport via good price! Thank you very much, Ms Flora! Nice to meet you and hope to see you soon in Hoi An!!!

  Flora and her family made me feel very welcome , clean , amazing breakfast and perfect room for me travelling solo . |Location was only 5 to 10 minute walk to river depending how far you go, as very big at night with shops markets, lanterns on river , also nightlife if you want it . I would 100% recommend the Hoianian Central Villa . Bing keeps the rooms clean and if need towels changing she will be there when needed . Shower gel and shampoo plentiful with toothbrush and toothpaste if you don’t have any .
