It was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was also great.

Most wonderfull experience! I feel bad I could only stay here for one night, due to my schedule. Location is perfect. Far enough away from the busy areas to relax and enjoy the peace. Close enough to walk to the centre in a few minutes. Best breakfast I've had in my whole Vietnam stay. Truly delicious! The room was very clean and had a beautiful view. But the most important thing, the people working there, do this with such a passion and with lots of smiles. They give their all to make your stay really pleasant. I felt like a VIP. Thanks! :)

Absolutely amazing staff. Rooms are comfortable. Delicious breakfast with a great selection of fresh fruit. Honestly, Iris is the best deal in Hoi An. If only the neighbor's roosters would chill, but then again, that's everywhere in VN. Bring ear plugs or ask for a room that doesn't face the neighbor's backyard.

Our stay here was wonderful. Super friendly staff who was always cheerful, ready to help and answer all our questions. Rooms are nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were great, i particularly liked the fresh fruits. Location is fantastic, close to the old town and right next to rice fields. We really appreciated and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere this 'small' place provides, in contrast to big hotels. Overall, a fantastic experience and would/will definitely come back! :)

Pros: -Great value for the price -Great buffet breakfast (not too many vegan options) -comfortable bed -Huge rooms & bathroom -Have bikes to hire out for 25k -Very nice reception guy who shared lots about what was around. (But the lady on our last day came across as rude) -Pretty good location. Close to 2 gyms and lots of spots to eat and get coffee. -Quite clean Cons: -Weird humming noise that would go on and off all night. Kind of sounded like a washing machine -The window in the shower felt to exposed. You couldn’t really shower with the blind open without feeling like someone could see in.

The staff is wonderful. They are very kind, and I'll remember them for a long time. Thank you very much.||The price was nice. I booked it via roundtrip travel.||The building is beautiful, the rooms are generally spacious and quite cozy. They have everything you need. Good toiletries. You can buy sweets and water for an extra fee. A bottle of water is free. After checkout, I was allowed to leave my bags in storage, and they were safe and sound.||However, I can't say my stay here was ideal.|I made two reservations in a row (I decided to stay in the city longer). The first time, they put me on the first floor. The soundproofing was terrible in the mornings. The room is located next to the dining room and reception. From 5-6 am, it's very loud, people are making noise.||During my second reservation, they put me on the top floor. There were no problems with soundproofing, but the air conditioner leaked water whenever I turned it on.||It's a nice place, but there's room for improvement.

We had a great 3-night stay at Iris in Hoi An! We were greeted by Rose who shared lots of information on things to do and see. ||The breakfast included a wide variety of options and great coffee! The staff were helpful in making things like banana pancakes and eggs.||We rented bikes and cycled to the beach for one day, these were 25k each.||Overall a great stay, clean room with garden space to dry wet clothes and the hotel is located outside of the busy central area but still walkable.
