Stayed for five nights. Emily the manager was so thoughtful and kind. Extremely hospitable. Great decor. Small room but very cozy. The rustic modern vibe was amazing. Fruits in room. Highlight was staff and thier incredible attention to detail.

It is a hotel that is both simple and interesting. Its layout is unusual, featuring a lounge-style reception area that creates a very homey atmosphere. Having a staff member present during the day—two different, pleasant young women when I was there, that alternate—adds to the sense of calm and tranquility. It is a pleasant place to stay, and the rooms are nice. On the downside, the location—at the end of an unfinished road and overlooking an area where building construction has stalled, no buildings but an empty area with fences—is a bit of a shame, though ultimately not bothersome.

An Unforgettable Birthday Stay in Hoi An! Highly Recommended! My girlfriend and I came to Hoi An to celebrate her birthday, and this boutique hotel made our trip absolutely perfect. A huge, heartfelt thank you to our wonderful host, Emily and the owner! Before our arrival, she was incredibly attentive and helped me coordinate with a local florist and bakery to set up a birthday surprise. When we walked into the room, the beautiful setup blew us away. Her exceptional service truly went above and beyond. Beyond the unmatched hospitality, the property itself is a masterpiece. The space is beautifully designed, aesthetic, and incredibly comfortable to stay in. Location-wise, it hits the perfect sweet spot—it’s within walking distance to the Ancient Town, yet tucked away enough to escape the hustle and bustle, offering a peaceful stay at night. If you are planning a trip to Hoi An, do yourself a favor and book this place. We can’t recommend it enough!

Kaia is not the "standard" 4-5 stars hotel you can find, it is actually better. We chose the hotel inspired by the design of the building and rooms. Everything was refined and clean, the bathroom was immaculately clean (even from an Italian poin of view). The hotel is about 10 minutes walking from the old town. The very best part are Emily and Nancy, simply a higher level of welcoming. They gave us the best recommendations for restaurants, things to do and tailor. They also arranged for us some tours and else. Emily is the best English speaker I met in Vietnam for now and we felt like she was a friend of us. Only nice memories from Kaia

I've had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel for 4 days. Emily was friendly upon check-in and has helped a lot throughout my stay here. They provided a list of recommendations on the cafes, shops, restaurants and event scenic spots to visit, which is very helpful, the list is not some Collab they have with the shops but genuine recommendations. The hotel itself was full of details, a combination of modern art but you can see Hoi An influenced elements everywhere. My room comes with a small balcony which I liked a lot, you can open it at night and let the breeze flow through your room, it's a peaceful vibe all around. Location wise it's very close to the old town, you can literally walk anywhere within the centre area in 15 minutes. The hotel provides quick and excellent laundry service as well as transportation (cheaper than you could find on grab). All in all, it's beyond a 5 star experience for me. P.S. the hotel owner has a cute Shiba, which is always a plus. My photos don't do the hotel justice, it looks exactly like you see online.

We could only spend one night in this hotel but we are very happy we did it. This is the first and only hotel we saw in Vietnam that has such unique handcrafted artworks and furnitures. Also the materials like the linens for the bed were of high quality. The personal was kind and respectful. If you are looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Hoi An, I highly recommend you check this hotel.

This is a lovely hotel 10 minutes easy walk rom the centre. Our room was spacious with a comfy bed. The kind staff Emily and Nancy were really attentive to our needs and discussed with us how we can spend our time in Hoi An. There were bikes to borrow ( slightly knackered TBH) but they got us to the beach via the rice fields. Overall a really nice stay. Would recommend.

We immediately loved the interior spaces and a sense of comfort upon arrival. We decided on changing a hotel we had originally booked and discovered Kaia Gallery Hotel. We stayed for four nights and we loved our stay. Very clean and "zen-like". Emily and Nancy are wonderful - super helpful. We met the designer artist owners who were so friendly and welcoming as they showed us their studio space and upcoming beautiful shop/cafe. It was wonderful getting to know them during our stay. There are cool old red bicycles that were used by Japanese post carriers available on a first come first serve basis. They were fun to ride into town or ride to the rice fields. Definitely book a stay at this super cool hotel.
