  We’ve really enjoyed our stay at Lasenta Hotel. Close to a local gym (although there is a gym on site), easy access by bike to the rice field paths and a quick bike ride to old town to check out the crowds there. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. A nice hotel.

  great service, the receptionists were very helpful- especially rita! she was super friendly and accommodating. the rooms are great, super clean, spacious and rooms are freshened up everyday. the pool is clean and offers a beautiful view of the rice fields with fresh towels and comfortable seats. i would recommend to anyone!

  We loved our stay here. Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms with lovely bathroom. Great location. Lots of different tasty breakfast options. I ate here one evening as my partner had a cold and didn't fancy going out. The meal was delicious and very reasonably priced. A bottle of beer and a generous sized chicken (breast) dish with rice for just over £6. All staff very polite and attentive. Highly recommend staying here 🙂

  I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It has far exceeded my expectations! The check in process was quick and the room was incredible. Easily the largest hotel room I’ve ever gotten. King sized bed, two desk areas, a sitting area with a view of the rice fields, a separate toilet and entire wet room with rain shower and free standing tub. The breakfast was good and the pool is out of this world, overlooking the rice fields. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The location is just a quick grab ride ($1) to the old town and well worth it to stay here! I don’t want to leave!!

  Quiet, clean, and very comfortable place to stay. The swimming pool is the best highlight of the hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service throughout the stay. Area for improvement: it would be better if the hotel could increase the frequency of the free transport service to the Old Town. In addition, providing smaller-sized bicycles would be more convenient for guests who are not very tall. (Foldable bike)

  - Hotel Amenities include: Nice pool. Pretty basic gym. Spa (like most hotels) Free shuttle bus to the city center and beach at specific times. Room amenities: AC worked well Comfortable bed Unfortunately, the pillows were a little bit tall and uncomfortable in my opinion. Asked the staff for help and they gave me 2 more right away. They were better but still had trouble sleeping. Big bathrooms The breakfast buffet was pretty decent. Clean space and all the staff were very welcoming.

  We have just left this hotel after staying there for one week, we originally only booked 5 nights but decided to extend 2 more nights. We had a wonderful stay here and we would definitely recommend. Positives of the hotel - very nice rooms - very pretty decor and architecture - really nice staff and a very warm welcome - the swimming pool was good too with a lovely view over the rice fields - one rainy day we played the digital golf game in the lobby which was fun too, we were terrible but it was fun lol - we used the free bikes to ride through the rice fields - we got upgraded as the original room we booked on agoda was a little bit misleading (superior rooms are lower floor, and only the twin room has the bathtub but no balcony, and the large bed rooms have no bathtub but they have a balcony - we assumed a large bed with bath tub and balcony) - we enjoyed the room service a couple of times whilst being lazy, and it was good food - decent sized safe in the room - we also used the gym a couple of times, it’s small but we made use of it - overall our room was very quiet and looked onto the back of the hotel which is a very quiet street, the front has a very busy road - the hotel was immaculate and kept very clean - they gave us a little goodie bag with a gift when we left because we stayed a little longer, how cute!! - I felt like the breakfast was adequate for us, we didn’t go every morning as we enjoy a lie in but when we did it go it had plenty of options Things that could improve - every morning there was a gargling noise that came from the toilet, it could get quite loud sometimes - I appreciate that there will be families in the hotel, but one morning we got woke up at 7.50am because kids at the pool were screaming and shouting really loud. We were on level 6 as well, two floors up. I don’t think it’s fair on people who have paid for their time there to be impacted like that and the parents should have been more considerate to other guests. In failing that, the hotel should manage this better. - this isn’t something that the hotel can manage, but we found it really tricky to get grabs here, almost impossible actually. We walk a lot , but on those rainy evenings, sometimes we just wanted to get to where we were headed. Also the shuttle doesn’t run that frequently. - toiletries weren’t replenished like other hotels, ie cotton buds - I didn’t like the smell of the shower gel or shampoo, it wasn’t a nice scent - the toilet is kind of boxed off into it’s own cubicle and the longer we stayed, it really started to smell strongly of urine. I did ask them to clean it with a bit more focus, but I feel it needed bleach or something. It didn’t filter into the room or the other parts of the bathroom so I didn’t make a big fuss. All in all though we had a very very pleasant stay here, thank you so much to the staff for your hospitality and smiles :)

  Excellent hotel with good facilities. I got an upgraded room and the view was good. The staff also helped me to pick up my watch that I accidentally left behind when checking out. The breakfast was good. The free bicycles allowed us to have a ride around the vicinity.
