Great hotel. Great staff and perfect location! Hotel is really nice and very central located, with only a short walk I to the old quater of Hoi An. Rooms are very nice and big and housekeeping is keeping them very clean. With the hotel being very nice, what makes it great is the staff. Oh my God! Nothing is too much trouble. Sol & Alice, just to mention a few names, were very helpful in organising tours, but everybody is so nice and chatty and checking up on you how your day has been. It made it feel like place you don't want to leave. Thanks again for making the stay great!

Just stayed at the hotel for 3D2N and have nothing but compliments for the staff! I reached quite late at night from Da Nang and there was a bellman who immediately helped with my luggage at the entrance. (P.S shoutout to Sol for checking me in and chatting) Room air conditioning was good to escape from the summer heat of Hoi A while there’s quite a good selection of food for breakfast as well. Staff was also friendly throughout stay. I left a pair of earrings on the table when I went out in the morning and I couldn’t find one of it after I came back. Called the reception and the housekeeping team managed to find the other one really quickly and without fuss. Truly appreciate the fast service! Also got a snap of the beautiful sunset on my first morning 🌅 Like what the others mentioned, it’s also quite a short walk from the old town so really quite convenient to get to. Otherwise you can always just call a grab bike which comes so quickly 🤣

The hotel is simply great. From the location to te hotel itself everything is great. The hotel is super cozy, clean, and it has gym and pool. There was one morning that we decided to stay in the hotel because it was raining and we really enjoyed it. The breakfast was great as well - a mix of western and Vietnamese breakfast - and there is a cooking station where you can get omelet and scrambled eggs. The location of the hotel is also great, you can walk to the centre and get there in 5 min and still be in a calma area and with a lot of facilities - massage, leather shoes store. If you sta in this hotel I highly recommend the “Pineapple Spa” for massage and “Xin Chao Hello” for leather stuff, in front of the hotel.

I would like to give the hotel massive kudos for making sure their customers are completely satisfied with their experience with the hotel. We had a couple of issues that were handled so professionally and gracefully that I must commend the hotel staff for going above and beyond. We truly appreciated their help. All of the staff were so helpful at all times from the fun affordable lantern making class to getting us transport when we left it a little too late to comfortably get to the Memories show on an incredibly busy night. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty with many options. We had one meal at the hotel, it was good. Our rooms were old charm, but everything was new, beautiful with lovely views. We had a big party and we had rooms 703, 705 and 709. They were all lovely but 709 was spacious , 703 was the next best for size, 705 was a standard sized hotel room and the bathroom was gorgeous with a lovely soaker tub with a view to the city. All the rooms had lovely bathrooms. Bicycle usage is a free service. The front desk can arrange almost anything for you. The location is on the far side of Ancient town which is nice for it being somewhat quieter but slightly further to walk to town but there are lots of amenities in the area from laundry, spas, mini marts and scooter rentals. We would recommend this hotel. Excellent value in a charming hotel with caring staff in a good location!

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality here truly stood out. During check-in, ViVi warmly welcomed me with a genuine smile and took the time to explain everything clearly. I was also treated to a welcome drink and a small cake, which was a lovely touch after traveling. The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, with both the bathroom and living area offering a high level of comfort. The bathtub was generously sized — perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. The location is very convenient — about a 10-minute walk along the riverside to the iconic Chùa Cầu (Japanese Covered Bridge). There’s also a mini-mart right in front of the hotel, making it easy to grab anything you might need. The hotel offers affordable laundry service (80,000 VND per kg), which is very handy for longer stays. The swimming pool is not heated, but it has a premium, relaxing atmosphere. There’s also a gym available for guests. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Even after staying for three nights, I didn’t get bored of the selection. The free bicycle rental was another highlight — a great way to explore Hoi An at your own pace. One small note — if the room door isn’t fully closed, an alarm can sound quite loudly. This seems to be a common feature in some hotels in the Danang area, but it’s something to be mindful of. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding service and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommended.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The biggest disappointment was the laundry service. We sent our clothes for dry cleaning, and they came back in terrible condition. They were still dirty, heavily sprayed with perfume to mask the smell, wrinkled, and clearly had not been properly cleaned. It was obvious that they had not been washed as promised. On top of that, two of my T-shirts came back with holes in them. Our clothes were simply ruined. The “included massage” advertised with the package was also misleading. There was hardly any availability at the spa, and the massage itself was far below expectations. Breakfast looked impressive at first glance, but the quality was extremely poor. Many items lacked freshness, and even the fruit had a strong onion smell, most likely because it had been cut with the same knife used for onions. It completely ruined the taste. The breakfast buffet appeared extensive but offered very little in terms of quality. Another frustrating issue was the room service. We were unexpectedly woken up around 8:30 a.m. by staff, which completely disrupted our morning. The worst part, however, happened at check-out. We had already settled every bill, including all extras, and were literally sitting in the taxi on our way to the airport. A member of the reception staff came to “say goodbye,” but instead asked whether we had drunk the two complimentary bottles of water in the room and demanded an additional 30,000 VND if we had. After everything we had already experienced and after paying a significant amount for our stay, being stopped in the taxi over two bottles of water was honestly unbelievable. It was a petty and embarrassing way to end an already terrible experience. This hotel looks much better in photos than it is in reality. Between the damaged clothes, poor laundry service, disappointing breakfast, misleading amenities, unnecessary disturbances, and the way we were treated at check-out, we left extremely disappointed. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

An excellent, high-value boutique pick! The hotel team is incredibly friendly, providing attentive service from check-in to check-out.Location-wise, it sits right on the edge of the action on Dao Duy Tu Street. It’s an easy 5- to 8-minute walk to the Japanese Covered Bridge and the start of the Ancient Town, and just a few minutes from the Night Market.A truly pleasant experience for our first visit to Hoi An!

The location was really close only about 8 min walk to the old town. Love the decor and the vibe. The hotel is very quiet and clean. Rooms are spacious and they gave us one with a beautiful balcony. Overall would recommend staying 100% and definitely worthy. Breakfast was thoughtful too and they even have pho!! Hotel staff is also incredibly helpful!!
