  Really nice hotel. We didn't try the swimming pool but the environment and the room were amazing. Close to everything you need. Room was cleaned and they will tidy up the room every day. Staff was helpful and friendly.

  Stayed here for 3 days and had a great time. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the villa is located near the old town. The most outstanding thing about my stay here was the receptionist Minty, who helped us with so much. She helped us to arrange transportation between locations, bicycle rentals, purchase of attraction tickets, external laundry services, and also gave us a lot of local recommendations which we really enjoyed. Many thanks to Minty for making our stay here a pleasant and stress-free experience!

  Wonderful place - quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spacious with large and comfortable beds. Clean and tastefully furnished. Very close to the old town. You will be charmed by this place! I highly recommend it

  Beautiful hotel, located in a quiet street but just 5 min walking from the busiest spot of Hoi An, with endless restaurants and bars. They offer laundry service (pay by weight), and the room is lovely, clean, and well kept Staff is lovely and friendly, and look after their guests very well.

  A small family hotel. The staff was very helpful. The room was ready earlier, so I didn't have to wait when I arrived. The room was big. Greate location, right next to the Old Town. It's in a quiet and peaceful area. There's a small café across the street where you can enjoy a good breakfast.

  We stayed here four nights my wife and I and we had the most wonderful time. The staff was always very responsive and really nice. Our room was perfect with a verry confortable bed and a working AC. We would recommend it !

  We had a confirmed booking at MaiChi Villa Hoi An and received a confirmation email before arriving. We reached the property at around 1:30 PM, well before the official check-in time, after paying for a taxi to get there. Upon arrival, we were told there was a "system problem" and that the property was already full, despite our confirmed reservation. This was extremely disappointing because our booking had already been confirmed. While we were there, another guest told us that they had been given the room that was originally allocated to us. Regardless of the reason, a confirmed reservation should never leave a guest without accommodation. Rather than offering a proper solution, the staff asked us to cancel the booking ourselves and offered only 150,000 VND as compensation. This did not even cover our transportation costs, let alone the inconvenience, wasted time, and stress of suddenly having to find another place to stay. To make matters worse, Da Nang was extremely busy due to an international event, and many hotels were already fully booked. In the middle of the afternoon, under the hot sun, we were forced to search for another place to stay with no guarantee of finding an available room. This situation could have been avoided if our confirmed reservation had been honored. What made the experience even worse was the manager's lack of accountability. The manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed very little empathy. Instead of working to resolve the issue or taking ownership of the situation, the manager expected us to deal with the consequences by asking us to cancel the booking ourselves. We understand that mistakes can happen, but how a hotel handles those mistakes is what matters. Unfortunately, this experience showed poor booking management and poor customer service. We cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

  The small hotel is absolutely recommended. Attention has been paid to many details and the equipment is of very high quality. The curtains darken well and the bed was wonderful. Because I asked for a quiet room, I was given one on the top floor with a balcony facing the street instead of the pool. The hotel is located in a small and quiet side street not far from the old town. What was particularly great was that bicycles were included, which you can use to explore the enchanting Hoi An. The service was very friendly and welcoming. There is nothing to complain about and I would love to come back.
