  Just a pleasant walk away from the messy beautiful old town. It’s a very nice hotel with a chill homey vibe. Like a luxury home stay. Dung Le was very helpful and I would recommend you take his advice on the local food. I had a very relaxing week here and will be back when I’m in Vietnam next.

  Wonderful stay at May Boutique Villa, Hoi An 💕 We had a lovely stay at May Boutique Villa. The rooms were very clean, neat, and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. A special thanks to the staff member Mr. Dung La. He is extremely sweet, polite, and very helpful. He patiently helped us with all our questions about shopping places and things to do in Hoi An, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Honestly, all the staff members were very kind and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Hoi An.

  Staff are wonderful so helpful. Although there is not a buffet breakfast they have a selection of delicious choices which are cooked fresh right then and there. Aircon works great the shower is perfect. The location is great easy to get everywhere. Definitely would recommend.

  Mai Boutique Villa offers an excellent location, just a 10–15 minute walk to Hoi An Old Town, making it easy to explore while still being convenient to other areas. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and relaxed, with warm and friendly staff who enhance the overall experience. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. It delivers great value for money, especially with breakfast included. Cleanliness was generally very good, although we did notice a few ants in the room, likely due to being on the first floor, which was a minor issue. The noise level was low, ensuring a quiet and restful environment. Service was outstanding, with staff always helpful and kind — Tina in particular stood out for her hospitality and assistance with early check-in. Amenities were solid for the price, covering all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

  We had a wonderful stay here. All of the staff were approachable and highly accommodating. The place is safe, peaceful, and conveniently located near popular tourist spots. The food was also delicious.This hotel is highly recommended for me. If given a chance, I’d like to go back here.

  We just came back from hoi an (stayed 2 nights) and as much as we want to stay more at our villa we would love to. The staff were very accomodating and very welcoming. When we arrived earlier than the check in time, they allowed us to have the room. The room was huge! It has so much space. It was not so close to the old town but that's what we love about it since its far from the crowd and noise. They also have breakfast option where we dine most for the mornings (they even allowed coffee refills 😅). It might be a simple meal but it was delicious and affordable. We even had a day to just stay at the hotel to relax. They even have a pool where its well maintained.

  As a solo traveler, I always checked reviews before booking, and everything I read was accurate. I had a wonderful stay at May Boutique Villa.Room & Rate:I booked a room with a balcony for 3 nights. The room is spacious. Although the view from the balcony is surrounded by hotels however it gives a calm vibe at night especially during a full moon. The rate is reasonable 4D3NToilet:Provided with toiletries and towels. Clean and there’s no odd smell. The toilet bowl is clean as well (my non-negotiable😅)Location-wise:It's a bit away from the town, but it only takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to Hoi An Ancient Town. If you’re not into walking, consider renting a bicycle or motorcycle. The prices are also good.Amenities:Includes a swimming pool.Food:I only booked a one-meal breakfast on my first day during check-in. It’s an à la carte style. The food was tasty and freshly cooked. I appreciate the owner (sorry I didn’t his name) for allowing me to eat my white rose dumplings take away before heading to the airport. The coffee I ordered was on the house 😊

  Great hotel! When we first arrived, the room smelled fantastic. The staff at the front desk were wonderful, and the pool was amazing. The room itself was excellent and included a balcony with chairs, a shower with great water pressure, a smart TV, a comfortable bed, and complimentary toothbrushes.The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and I would highly recommend adding it to your stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
