  greta staff, amazing rooms, tucked away from the busy streets. a lovely rooster will be lively each morning, such a nice rustic yet luxurious experience and space to really immerse yourself into the culture. cannot speak highly enough of the staff- they are always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. such a lovely place!

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa . The staff were lovely and helpful. The location was lovely a bit out of the main part but you could grab in (and the hotel helped us get a taxi when we couldn’t get a grab) and it was a quieter but still fun area with lots of restaurants and great brunch spots. The room was super spacious and the pool was a lovely treat. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come back. All the staff were really attentive and very helpful. :)

  *long story* So we arrived at the Numa villas and we had just been on a sleeper bus for 17 hours and unfortunately I had left my wallet on the bus and i didn’t know what to do panicking and clearly upset the owner and his wife sat me and my girlfriend down and assured us that they would do absolutely everything they could to find the wallet and get it back to us. The owner and his wife let us check in early because we wore upset and offered us free food and asked us if we needed a lend of money and constantly checked on us every 30 minutes. In the end the owner had only got onto the bus company and got the wallet back to us within 5 hours I cannot thank the owner enough for his kindness and service as we stayed here for 2 nights. (Original only planned 1 night but the hospitality was that good from the owner and his wife we decided to stay another) The beds wore the nicest comfortable beds we’ve slept on it’s in a perfect location and the friendly and kindness off these people who own the villa will give you the best and most welcoming experience if you decide to stay here (you must if in hoi an) I’ve only good things to say about this place and I’ll definitely be back in the future thanks again to the lovely staff at numa Villa and to the owner and his wife may god bless you’s with future business and success in your life’s 🙏🏼🙏🏼

  Booked this hotel expecting a comfortable stay, but unfortunately the air conditioning in the room was not working properly and the room stayed very hot. I informed the staff and requested a room change, however I was told the property was fully booked and no proper solution was offered. I ended up leaving and booking another hotel at my own expense. Disappointing experience overall, especially after a long day of travel.

  Location described as near old town but not actually that close if wanting to walk. Room was pretty good and staff were very nice & helpful. What really lets it down is the noise. Children allowed to scream & yell in the early hours of the morning & staff not monitoring the noise of other guests in the common areas. Was unable to get a solid night sleep for the whole duration of my visit. Would have given 5 stars had the staff taken some control of the noise of guests & kids in common areas during night and early morning.

  Booked this hotel as it was a little way away from the noise of the old town and we were looking for peace and quiet as this hotel promises, please BE AWARE this is a kids hotel - they allow children to run around screaming at all hours of the night/early morning, (11pm - 6am) and the walls/doors are so thin you can hear everything. Only stayed 2 nights and couldn't have survived another on how little sleep we had, even after raising it with reception. We would have been better with a hostel. Such a shame as the staff here are lovely and so helpful, and the rooms are very nice. The photos are old, particularly of the pool area which is a little more derilict now.

  We had an amazing stay at Numa Villa.||The pool is absolutely beautiful and actually refreshing cool, clean, and not like a warm bath, which made it perfect in the heat. The rooms are spectacular super comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, a great shower, TV, and even an air purifier. Everything was cleaned daily and kept in excellent condition, making the whole stay feel really well looked after.||The staff were one of the highlights. Everyone was incredibly friendly, full of good energy, and spoke great English. They helped us with anything we needed throughout our 4 night stay and made everything easy and stress-free.||Breakfast each morning was fresh, healthy, and delicious with genuinely some of the best coffee we’ve had. You can also rent scooters and bikes for very cheap, and they provide free water and reliable WiFi, which is always a plus.||The location is ideal close to markets but still quiet and peaceful, so you get the best of both worlds.||Overall, everything was spot on. Highly recommended 10/10 stay.
