  Had an exceptional stay here, it was very close to the river where the lantern festival is most lively. We used the free bikes. Host was very helpful and insisted on helping us always. Loved it! Room had a balcony, AC and was comfortable. It would be good to discuss with host about how late you'll stay out since it's a homestay.

  Such an incredible place. Great value for price, rooms are spacious and clean. Everything works well, location is good. Also the owners was super kind.

  Hotel is run by very sweet lady. Felt welcomed and loved the hospitality. They provide free bicycles to explore the town. Location of this hotel is near to old town and all the attractions are nearby and also hotel is accessible by car, so easy to reach by grab. If you want to stay late in vibrant city of hoi an, this is perfect location to stay. Hotel room with queen bad was spacious. And all the basic amenities you expect were given including fridge. Recommended!

  Staff let us check in at 5am instead of 2pm and charged no extra. Lovely family who also give free access of bikes. Location is perfect for old town exploration, as well as cycling to beach and farmland

  Best place i stayed in since im in Vietnam. In da nang city I payed 2x the price for hotels that didn't came close to the atmosphere. Good energy. 55 Realtalk

  Very charming mom and son who run the place! Great location. Quiet, but still close to the old city. Bicycles can be borrowed for free. Unbeatable value for money!

  I stayed here a few days. This place is wonderful. It is run by a lovely family and Tu, the manager, could not do enough to help me. A very kind and attentive lady who genuinely put the interests and needs of the guests first and foremost. |The rooms are big and spacious and clean and comfortable. The shower was magnificent. |The location is excellent as it’s just away from , but very close to , all the nightlife and the old town. There are also bicycles to use if you want to go to the beach or explore the surrounding areas. |I highly recommend this place. If I came back, I would come straight here.
