It’s near to the ancient town and the old bridge is very nearby. Many eateries around. Great staff, one of the very friendly staff I’ve met while traveling. The receptionist gentleman was a very nice person, that’s kind of a guy you need as a receptionist to welcome your guests. Good amenities in the room. Good breakfast as well. Only concern was the odor of the shampoo and soap, maybe it’s a personal preference that we didn’t like that scent. Anyway we had our own body wash so it wasn’t a problem. I liked the stay here

I love the bath tub in my room (sorry, didnt take many photos of the rooms), the views arw nice both sunset and sunrise. Staff are nice, breakfast is good. Bed and all shower are perfect. The location is not busy area but still can walk into the old town street.

First of all, all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was always kept very clean and comfortable during our stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Hoi An Old Town. I also appreciated how smooth and easy the check-in process was. If you’re planning to stay in Hoi An for a few days, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a beautiful and spacious river view. The space is clean and suitable for relaxation. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I will definitely come back next time.

Absolutely perfect little boutique hotel with an amazing location on the river, steps to the start of the old quarter. You are spoiled for choice at breakfast, have access to a cool plunge type pool and are within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and shops. The staff recommended their favourite local spots to eat and were always there to welcome us. An ideal home base from which to explore the charm of Hoi An!

The location of River Suites Hoi An is excellent. I love how close it is to the old town and the japanese bridge. The hotel itself does look like it needs maintenance and some renovations and upkeep to make it more modern. The pool is very small and did not look very clean so we did not try to go in. The amenities they have - not sure if it's just our room but the shampoo really stinks so we did not use it. The rooms overall were reasonable size. We went for a river view room however there was minimal view as we were in the lower levels and the view was blocked by a tree. The staff overall were friendly, although we did encounter one reception staff who was not very helpful with helping us book a dinner reservation. Her colleague though was much better and gave us tips on where best to eat. The breakfast had limited range. Overall I would probably not recommend and try a different hotel.

The hotel desk officer is very kind and accommodating and he upgraded us to premium, however the room has no air-condition, it was broken and does not provide a comfortable temperature. It keeps on shutting down, and we didn’t get a nice sleep since the room was very hot. We reported the matter to the desk officer but was not given proper attention. This hotel is very old and does not smell fresh. The body wash was not refilled too and we had so little to use. We did not bother to complain anymore since we only stayed 2 nights. I dont recommend this hotel, there are other better choices with the same value of money. The only good about the hotel is the staffs are very warm, and the location is very near the old town of Hoi An.

This hotel has so many things going for it:||- Great location as a base to explore the old town of Hoi An|- Great view over the river and old town|- Nicely designed room|- Great breakfast, considering this is a relatively small hotel|- Extremely nice and helpful staff. All around||BUT||Look at their Exits and Emergency Exits. Once they got this sorted out, this hotel is worthy of a five star.
