The place is about a 5-minute walk to the town, but it’s located on a small, quiet street. The room is bright, clean, and cozy. The lobby is clean and cozy as well. I didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather, but it looked very clean and well-maintained. They provide a tasty breakfast and free bicycles. The owners are really nice and friendly. Even though I didn’t manage to extend my booking in time and they were fully booked, the lady owner kindly found and reserved another hotel for me across the street. Thank you for such a great stay — I really enjoyed it!

We had such a nice stay here. We stayed for 7 nights and couldn't have asked for a better place at this price range. It's a short 10-minute walk into the streets of Hoi An ancient town. The room was so spacious with a comfy bed. If you choose the breakfast option, each night you'll place your order for the next morning, and the food is so so nice! Handy to have that before you start the day. You can also make use of the free bikes they have. I'd highly recommend staying here when in Hoi An.

Lovely big room with good AC and a balcony! The family were really friendly and let us leave our bags there before check in / after check out as we needed. It’s a 5ish minute walk from the Main Street which is nice as lets you have some peace and quiet!

This villa in Hoi An was the absolute highlight of my journey through Asia. The family-like atmosphere makes you feel at home immediately, and the breakfasts are simply delicious. If you are looking for peace and tranquility away from the noise, this is the perfect spot. It’s a true gem with wonderful service. Highly recommended!

The most welcoming home stay I’ve been to. The family were so kind and the rooms were lovely and spacious. The room was clean and everything worked perfectly. Very fair price and it exceeded our expectations.

This place is amazing. We extended our stay we liked it so much. The rooms are big, nice and clean. The breakfast in the morning is amazingly fresh (right down to the freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice). The pool is perfect temperature/super clean. The service is great. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the old quarter, but there are lots of little shops and restaurants only a few minutes away. It's quiet and tucked into a cute little area. This place far exceeded our expectations for our little family, and we highly recommend it. They also have free bikes to use!

Maybe standards are higher in Hoi An but this place was multiple times better than anywhere we have stayed in Vietnam. You won't be disappointed. We added an extra night Large rooms. Quite but close to the action. Clean. Crystal clear pool. Friendly staff.

We stayed at Senda for over a week, and it was a pleasant stay. Positives: The room was spacious, bright, clean, and had a balcony. The AC worked well, and the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast included every day, which was delicious, the bahn mi was my favourite, and the freshly squeezed orange juice was so good. The family was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs, including a very early check-in. The room was cleaned every other day or on request if needed. They offer free bicycle rental, which was handy and can rent you a scooter for the day. It is only a short walk into Hoi An town center, but situated on a quiet street. We didn't use the pool, as it was raining for most of our stay, but it looked OK. Negatives: The shower did not stay hot for long, but it was OK if you're quick. The free bicycles need some maintenance, the brakes were often not great, or the handlebar was very squeaky. But they had a few, so we just swapped for a better condition one. The motorbike we rented was also not in the best condition, and we paid the same price to rent an electric one from in the town center, which was brand new and didn't require gas. They should make it cheaper to rent or rent a better bike. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. For the price, you really can't ask for more. This was our cheapest stay in Vietnam and one of our best.
