I wasn’t able to stay here although I booked it due to some issues but the manager (Vinh) messaged me in advance and even booked another accommodation for me along the river. They also booked my driver for me for the drive back to Danang at a discounted price.

The staff were very friendly, and communication in English was not a problem. The room was clean, and it’s very close to the night market, making it convenient for walking around and shopping. Most importantly, the price is very affordable. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Beautiful brand new room, very comfortable, spacious and we'll located. The staff was very friendly. There a nice outdoor pool, free bicycles and near all the old town attractions. Definitely recommended!

Location wise, it’s a good spot since it’s a walking distance with the old town. The room is meets our expectation and the service is commendable, Vin and the rest of the staffs are accommodating. I will not forget this day (Oct. 27, 2025) when the flooding was so bad in the area and Vin offered to assist us in crossing the flooded area safely with the use of boat. We will surely go back to Hoi An! 😊

Location is great. You would think this is a great value because of the location and they offer rooms with big balcony and bathtub. They also have elevator and even a pool. Budget hotels don’t always offer these kind of amenities. However, the property needs maintenance and deep cleaning. When we arrive at our room, we were welcomed by a “dusty” smell. Room is of course full of dust and molds. My husband has to kill all the moth flies in the bathroom because there’s just too many, and there’s still some left. Moth flies indicate dirty bathroom drainage and it still icks me up to this time. I hope they can clean and improve because this property has great potential. Very good location as well

We have pre-booked and paid for a room at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were told that your room had been rented and started offering a completely different hotel and room. It was unpleasant from the high road, but the money was returned immediately

I thoroughly enjoyed my week-long stay at this establishment, which is conveniently situated within walking distance of the ancient town. The room itself was spacious and modern, featuring a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. Initially, there was a slight discrepancy with the booking system, resulting in a different room type being assigned upon my arrival. However, the hotel manager and staff were exceptionally diligent in resolving this issue. Throughout my visit, the hotel manager offered excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. I particularly appreciated my beautifully decorated room, which boasted a large terrace with a lovely view of the river. Although the area tends to be very busy and noisy, the well-insulated windows do cancel out all noise. Furthermore, the pricing is quite reasonable given the high quality of care and service provided. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Hội An.

Excellent hotel, great value. Location is spot on. A great base for a stay in Hoi An if you want to be close to night markets, bars and places to eat during the evening. The hotel is really new so the AC worked great, beds & bedding new, the TV was also brand new so I could connect to streaming services from home thru wifi. Bikes were free to use for a cruise around old town and I was able to arrange laundry and to hire a scooter for good prices. Only downside was no brekky or food available at the hotel but plenty of places nearby including a coffee shop. Pool is shaded and fine. ||I recommend as a value option in Hoi An if you want a base to stay & do your own thing and aren't looking for a fancy hotel with all the extras. Is quite close to all the attractions and nightlife but you can close your window, turn on your AC and not notice. Also kudos to the hotel for holding items that I left by mistake there for me to collect later. This even included some cash that I forgot I had left there but was there when I collected my stuff!
