  Hotel has beautifully appointed rooms, with modern finishes and fittings. Well located down a side alley affording clean, quiet and comfortable accomodation. Small pool. Highly recommended.

  We had a fabulous stay here at Tropical Home Villa. We stayed in room 401, it was at the back of the building on the top floor. The room was spacious, quiet with a great bathroom. The bed was so comfy, the aircon worked well and the breakky was fabulous. The only downfall for me (not my hubby) was we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to our room as there is no lift.

  We loved every part of this place and thoroughly enjoyed our 6-day stay. The location was convenient—within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions, while the beach was only a 15-minute drive away. The property was well maintained and offered complimentary bikes for guests, as well as a lovely pool. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On the third day, the air conditioning in our room stopped working, but the team responded promptly and moved us to another room with minimal disruption. We were very pleased with the way they handled the situation and appreciated how quickly they resolved the issue. The breakfast was delicious and made to order each day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Stayed there for a week with my family and had a great time. Breakfasts were enjoyable, the rooms were well air-conditioned and clean. The pool and pool area was nice to relax in and cool down. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile when either organising tours, drivers or helping me find a kilogram of dried squid for my father 🦑. Many thanks!

  This was my third stay at Tropical Home villas. 2024, with my friends, 2025 with my husband & 2026 with my family. Can you tell I love it here? ☺️ It’s walking distance to the Hoi An market or you can also use their bikes. There was breakfast every morning provided & the cook, Trang, can also make you eggs of choice or the local Cau Lau. We used their kitchen to cook but there are many restaurants to choose at Hoi An. Toan, the owner, was very accommodating. Cherry helped us in looking for our side trips to Bana hills & Danang Dragon bridge. Trang, the owner’s sister was also nice. The beds are comfy. There are small terraces for our rooms & the bathrooms were clean. If you are having problems with climbing stairs, ask for rooms in the first floor. Overall it was a great trip. My siblings were happy with the place.

  The hotel was clean spacious and a in a great location. The true highlight of the stay was the staff. Every person working there was friendly and helpful. They helped us rent motorbikes, get tickets to the show memories of Hoi An (a must see) and much more.

  We had a great experience here. We travelled with our 2 kids. The room was big and we each had our own bathroom. What a great group of people that run this place. Very thoughtful, they even surprised my wife with a birthday cake! Breakfast was delicious and lots of great options. We used their free bikes to get around town which was a lot of fun all by itself. The location was just the right distance away from the middle of Hoi An. We didnt have time to use the pool but it looked great best kept we have seen up to this point. We would definitely stay here again if we return! Thanks for everything...what a memory!

  100000/10 boutique hotel! We had an incredible 2 night stay and if we didn’t have to move on we would have loved to stay longer. The hotel is beautifully designed with lovely clean and comfortable rooms and a gorgeous big pool in the back garden. They have bicycles available for free to explore the town of Hoi An. All of the staff and so lovely and helpful, they provided us with all the best spots to eat and explore and the owner sat down and chatted with us for a bit and was so kind and friendly. Our favourite stay in Vietnam so far and would highly recommend. So affordable too.
