It is one of the great hotels to stay in Hoi, the rooms are clean and nice, the staff is very helpful in everything, the location is close to the beach and the old town, you can use the hotel's bicycles for free. We reached the beach in 15 minutes by bike, we went to Hoi an old town bazaar in 7 minutes on foot. There are many opportunities for eating, drinking and shopping around It is a place that serves as bed and breakfast and breakfast is quite sufficient, in the form of a small open buffet every day. They also have traditional Vietnamese delicacies. We had a holiday at home, thank you.

Wow. This place is a diamond in the ruff. Right outside the Old Town and within perfect walking distance. The night market, park, bridges- its all right there. Great places to eat. The rooms here were wonderful spacious clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect, and the staff super kind and attentive. The pool was a s a nice chill out spot, great temp and gorgeous foliage. Loved the whole place and the positive energy. Will definitely stay again! Thanks to all the staff you really made the stay even more enjoyable.

Amazing place! Sits in quiet neighborhood, the downtown is in 15 min walking distance, but they provide bikes as well. Follow all the recommendations they share with you, they know what they are talking about! The rooms are well equipped, the bed is very comfortable, not too soft! Can only recommend!

Vaia is an extremely beautiful boutique stay. The 2 hosts are exceptionally helpful, sweet and polite. They helped us with everything. The room was well kept, cozy, spacious and aesthetic. There was a complimentary breakfast in the morning. The location was perfect. Many restaurants were nearby and the hoi an market was also 5 minutes away. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay here and would love to stay here again!

We stayed at this boutique hotel initially for 3 nights and then extended for a further three nights as we enjoyed the hotel and location so much. Away from the old town but within a short walking distance. Plenty of local eateries and coffee shops around. The staff could not have been more helpful. They sorted our new rooms out for us and nothing was a problem. They always met us with a smile. Great breakfast every morning, free bicycles to explore the area and a lovely swimming pool to cool off in. Very comfy beds which is not always the case in SE Asia! Amazing hot showers! We felt the value for money was exceptional. We most definitely would stay again! Thank you for making our stay so good.

A lovely hotel with a great location, not too far from the Old Town so you still got the quiet. Originally I was booked into a room right next to or very close to the water pipes I assume which sounded like a generator starting up every other minute so I didn’t have the best first night but the receptionist moved me to a different room the next day and I got a breakfast coffee on the house in the morning. Other than that, no complaints. Would recommend!

The hotel is located near Hoi An Ancient Town. The receptionist spoke very fluent English and was happy to recommend places to visit and where to eat. If you need a car booking service or a ride to the coconut forest, they can also help with reservations—but we had already booked in advance, so we didn’t end up using the hotel's arrangements. The hotel has only three floors, and one downside is that there’s no elevator. However, a pleasant surprise was that the rooms use keycode entry instead of key cards, which makes it more convenient for guests to come and go. Another small drawback is that soundproofing isn’t the best—but it didn’t bother me much. For light sleepers, though, we were told that rooms facing the street may pick up some noise from motorbikes and roosters, etc.The hotel also offers complimentary bicycles and umbrellas for guests to use. Breakfast had a relatively limited selection, but everything was delicious, and the fruit was especially fresh and sweet.

Service was always really nice by all staff :) no elevator but room was on first floor so very easy to get in and out of the hotel. Excellent location, close to old town, and lobby is very beautiful. Aircon in room works perfect. Free breakfast was nice. Would stay here again if coming to Hoi An!!!
