  Lyrics was very helpful and so friendly. Room was private and clean, very happy with my stay here. Good position, only took about 5-10 mins to get into old town. Highly recommend

  Large room very clean and comfortable. The owner is super friendly and proactively helpful. She gave me a key for the gate so I could come and go and lock my bike inside, would have stayed here for longer if I was in the area!

  I stayed at this villa and I'm delighted. The owner was very kind and friendly, she really cares about her guests' comfort. The room was very clean, with a king-size bed and air conditioning. It also includes other services like laundry and a bus stop. Whether you're staying there or not, it's a great place to grab a drink :) Absolutely thrilled!!

  Incredibly kind and welcoming owners, rooms are lovely and the location is great. The matress and pillows are comfortable and the rooms are very clean and tidy. Thank you for having us!

  I loved staying here! It was clean and comfortable. The landlady was very sweet and hospitable. She brought me fruits and water everyday. She also offered laundry service and booked me a taxi to the airport at a much cheaper rate than grab. I would highly recommend staying here! NOTE: it seems that many of the negative reviews are all from one group of people who took advantage of the landlady. Those do not reflect her hospitality and the cleanliness of the stay!

  The owner is very friendly, professional and helpful! The rooms are clean and spacious and there is a nice pool in the villa. She took good care of us, offered us fruit and helped us to book the bus for our further traveling. We can only recommend this accommodation. Thank you :)

  The whole experience was just very excellent, the woman was so lovely and flexible, she allows for bike rental at a cheap price aswell which is helpful. The rooms are the same as a 5* hotel would be for 1/4 of the price. The area was quiet and out the way which I believe most people would be looking for however not so out the way that it’s hard to get to town so a great location.

  Excellent value and nice room. Owners are very friendly. Position was great to get in and out of Hoi An, not a busy area but close enough that it only took a few minutes to get to old town. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and homey feel.
