  Stayed a month. I had a room on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the pool. There is A/C (works well) and a fan, small refrigerator, large closet, huge private bath(wet room type), kingsize bed, TV, desk, etc. I found the bed very comfortable (med firmness). Breakfast was served with my room rate. They cooked to order (not a buffet), and there was a choice of 5 or 6 different meals. The people who run the homestay are wonderful and so kind. Some of the staff speak English. There is a little convenience store at the homestay. I had fresh squeezed juice most days, and the restaurant is there for other meals besides breakfast. They were very helpful arranging tours and booking shows. On the tours, they spoke with the operators to make sure my special dietary needs were accommodated. The location is an easy 15 minute walk from the old town. Inexpensive Grab ride to An Bang beach. They also helped me arrange a private transfer from Da Nang airport to their place. Highly recommend this lovely homestay.

  I stayed here for about a week and it was great. The staff was very kind, the rooms were great, and the location was excellent. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to the middle of Old Town. There are great food options nearby as well as supermarket

  Didn’t stay in the hotel but used the shop and had breakfast there. The food was pretty good and the salt coffee was one of the best I’ve had in Vietnam so for. The shop is well stocked with snacks

  The host and his family were great and treated us like family. We loved our stay at the Windbell Villas. The location is close to Old Town and the room was large and clean. They will clean your room upon request. There is a mini mart attached to the front as well as a mini bar for drinks and smoothies. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness. We highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it. Kurt and Brenda

  Stopped by Windbell Minibar on our last morning in Hoi An and it ended up being one of the most memorable moments of our trip. We didn’t stay at the property, but came in for a quick coffee and fresh fruit. This family-owned spot is truly special. The husband and wife who run it are incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Their warmth really sets the tone for the whole experience. We sat outside early in the morning, enjoying delicious iced coffee and a bowl of fresh fruit while watching locals go about their daily routines. It was such a peaceful, authentic way to soak in the atmosphere of Hoi An. If you’re looking for a quiet, genuine place with great coffee and even better hospitality, I highly recommend stopping by Windbell Minibar.

  Another place where I question the glowing reviews I see on Google. It’s a decent hotel but nothing special - no lamp in the bedroom just bright overhead lighting. Breakfasts are cheap ingredients and incredibly bland. Beds are OK but not very soft. Location is OK to walk to the old town but it’s a bit of a hike they will rent you a bicycle for 40,000 a day which is reasonable. And I particularly didn’t appreciate being berated by the owner for this reasonable review and being told I was unfair and implied that I was not a good person, then being handed my bill moments later - a day before checkout. Inappropriate responses to a customer.

  We stayed two nights and wished we had longer. The pictures online look exactly as they are in person. The Staff is amazing. It's a family run Villa and everyone is very helpful and always greeting you with a smile. The breakfast is simple, but good. There are bike rentals, laundry service, transportation and tours available to be purchased at the hotel. The location is excellent. The tv has Netflix and YouTube ready for you to log in if you so wanted. I don't hesitate to recommend Windbell Villa!!

  I have no words to describe how happy I was to choose this place. The room is so big, a nice, huge balcony. Wonderful breakfast, lovely owners. What else can you ask for? Definitely will come back here again and highly recommend for booking! Already miss Windbell villa and Hoi An.
