  Oh my goodness!!! I am so grateful I took the time to google, read reviews and stumble across Citrus Health Spa. I came in for some waxing, pedicure and foot massage. Nga (1, there are two at the spa) was INCREDIBLE. so gentle, professional and a dime a dozen!!!! A better wax than what I’ve had in Australia. The spa is clean fresh and the extra water, tea and yogurt were all divine. If you’re fussy about your wax go to NGA!!!

  I had a wonderful facial at Citrus Health Spa in Hoi An and can highly recommend it. The treatment was about 75 minutes and included a full facial with deep cleansing, gentle extraction, LED therapy and relaxing massage. They also used several devices which made the treatment feel very professional. My therapist was extremely kind and attentive and even included a lovely neck and shoulder massage which was a perfect bonus. The whole experience was relaxing, clean and very well organized. For the quality of the treatment, the price is excellent. My skin felt fresh, clean and glowing afterwards. If you are in Hoi An and looking for a facial or spa treatment, this is definitely a great place to visit.

  Just had the best facial of my life here and Ive had a few in my time. They pick you up from your hotel with the communication from the receptionist being efficient and kind. She was also so lovely when I arrived. The staff here are so gentle and friendly and my stomach was rumbling so they stopped half way through my body scrub and brought me fruit and water so I could enjoy the rest of the treatment. I also had my eyebrows waxed and she also was very efficient and professional. I wish I had come here sooner and absolutely highly recommend Citrus Spa . Thanks Lisa From Australia

  Just Had a fantastic 3-hour treatment at Citrus Health Spa. The space is lovely and clean, and the staff is both professional and very kind. One of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had! I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a top-tier massage/treatment. Will definitely come back when I visit Hoi An.

  I highly recommend this place! One of the best massages I had in Vietnam. Everything was on point here. From welcoming and friendly atmosphere to a professional therapist. Definitely would be back!

  Had a fabulous time here!! Got my entire body waxed including my first Brazilian and it was very professional and felt completely comfortable. Staff were absolutely delightful and great prices!

  I highly recommend coming to Citrus Spa for any treatments in Hoi An! I did the Citrus Royal Collagen Facial and a pedicure here with Nga and it was wonderful. The facial was incredibly relaxing and the products they use smell amazing. On top of that everybody was extraordinarily gentle and kind, which made me feel very comfortable and welcomed from start to finish. I booked the treatments online on their website the evening before and got an immediate confirmation via WhatsApp.

  Came here for the family. Mom and I had facial. Dad had a massage. The service was great for a massage. They were very patient, understanding. Asked how strong he would like the massage, he had medium. The massage was great. Facial was okay. I think they specialise in massage more than facials. I had a facial extraction. It wasn't great. Its caused scaring in my skin. Its been a few days in now. Facial does comes with a little head massage which my mom very much enjoyed. She did check me back the next day for a massage. For a facial extraction I wouldn't recommend having this done here in Citrus
