  I had a massage here before , it was truly relaxing and I felt very welcomed. The space is peaceful, beautifully decorated, and the experience was wonderful. This time I came back to get my nails done, and I’m really satisfied with my new set. I will definitely come back again.

  I’ve just had a manicure at this spa & nail, I love how it turned out! the fee is also affordable and they even gave complimentary sweet mangoes!

  This massage spa is wonderful. The ambience, the service and the massage was perfect. I was welcomed with a tea and a foot bath. I was then taken upstairs to the massage area where the ambience was perfect. There are 9 massage spaces so large groups would be accommodated for. I had the 60 minute aromatic massage which was 10/10 most definitely. Upon dressing and returning downstairs, the staff had prepared a mongo smoothy for me which was delightful. Thankyou for your hospitality and service Golden Girls.

  The massage is amazing! They are super super accommodating, nice and friendly! This is such a cozy and clean shop! Their prices are super duper cheap! What an amazing 5 star service. They gave us a bottled of cold water and fresh fruits too!

  Had a really good experience at this massage place. The environment is clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and relaxing background music, which makes it easy to unwind. The staff were friendly and professional, and they checked the pressure with me beforehand. The massage itself was well done, and I felt much more relaxed afterwards.

  Visited with my daughter and we are both so happy! They created the exact nail art we requested. My daughter got a beautiful flower motif, and I had character eyes painted on mine. We are both very satisfied with the results!

  I just had a head massage with a hair wash, and it was a terrible experience. Several times the therapist scratched my scalp with her nails. I told her more than once that it was painful and asked her not to use her nails, but it kept happening. She was also wearing a bracelet that constantly hit the sink while my hair was being washed, creating unpleasant loud noises right next to my ear. On top of that, the way she was turning my head from side to side felt very rough and jerky. The hair washing itself was extremely fast and uncomfortable. I expected a slow, relaxing wash, but instead it felt like my scalp was being scrubbed as if someone was trying to clean a washboard. Another major issue was the water temperature. It was never comfortable — it was either too cold or too hot. At one point the water was so hot that I actually cried out in pain. After I complained, the therapist switched to water that was far too cold. Is it really that difficult to test the temperature with your hand first, adjust it properly, and only then direct the water onto the client? I came for this treatment with my boyfriend. During the session I wondered if maybe I was being too picky, but afterward I found out that he felt exactly the same way. Neither of us enjoyed the experience. We simply wanted to relax on our last evening before traveling home, but instead we received the worst head massage and hair wash imaginable. Occasionally, after I complained, the therapist would be more careful for a short time, but then she would go back to scratching my scalp again, which was incredibly frustrating and confusing. I honestly regret not getting up and leaving in the middle of the treatment, even if it meant going home with shampoo still in my hair. This was the worst hair-washing experience I have had in all 31 years of my life. In the end, we paid and left, but I would never come back or repeat this experience. I genuinely do not understand how this place receives so many positive reviews. If you have a chance to avoid repeating my experience, I strongly recommend that you do.

  This was a terrible massage experience. The masseuse was extremely rough and kept scraping my skin with their fingernails, which was incredibly painful and left my skin red and irritated. It felt like a punishment rather than a relaxing massage. Please don't be fooled by the 5-star reviews here. They only have high ratings because they offer a 10% discount and free desserts to customers who leave 5 stars. The actual service is unprofessional and not worth it at all. I will definitely not return.
