  We visited this spa three times during our 5 day stay in Hoi An. All of the massage treatments were excellent and the service was great. Everyone was so friendly and professional.

  The best massage in Vietnam! Mrs. Hong has magical hands. Must try foot and hands massage - hour and a half is never enough, you would definitely ask for more

  Our go to Spa when in Hoi An, The ladies are very lovely and the massages and pedicures are fabulous! Such a wonderful experience each time we visit. Highly recommend you try this spa!

  Hoa Ly Spa and Mini-mart are just steps from the Renaissance Resort front door. Sa and her team provide great treatments in a nice atmosphere. Fraction of the price of the resort.

  I booked a laundry service at Hoa Ly Spa and unfortunately had a very bad experience with it. My new white clothes came back with brown stains all over them. Beforehand, we explicitly asked for the clothes to be washed separately or not at all, which was clearly ignored. As a result, the damage to the clothing is significant (over €70). The compensation offered was only 100,000 VND, which is far from adequate considering the loss. On a positive note, the massages were very good and the staff was friendly. However, the laundry service was highly disappointing and not handled properly.
