  Kai Spa in Hoi An was absolutely amazing. The massage was incredible, definitely try one with a facial, it was pure bliss. Great prices, super friendly staff, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended if you’re in Hoi An and need some downtime.

  one of the best massages I had ever in my life not gonna lie! The whole team is super friendly and professional - I can highly recommend the Kai’s signature massage with coconut oil and the facial in the end - I felt reborn and had probably the best sleep since a long time. Absolutely terrific experience 🫶🏼

  Lovely spa, they were able to accomodate me at a late time to do a 1 hour massage. The next day I came back to do a heel scrub, which is more of a medi pedi with a scalpel and everything. Very fine work. Enjoyed the surrounds, enjoyed the pet dog and yoghurt and tea is appreciated!

  I had an amazing experience at Kai Spa! From the moment I walked in, the professionalism was evident. The owner Trang took time upfront to understand exactly what I needed and made sure to ask about any pain or concerns I had, which I really appreciated. The massage therapists are highly skilled, providing one of the best treatments I've ever had. The studio itself is spotlessly clean and creates a calming, relaxing atmosphere. Every aspect was well worth the money. If you're looking for a top-notch spa experience, Kai Spa is the perfect spot!

  Came to get my nails done and had such a great experience I had to come back and get a headspa! From the foot soak when you walk in, to the complimentary snacks and drinks after your treatment, the service here is absolutely exceptional! My nails look incredible, and for such a reasonable price too. The headspa was so relaxing and my hair felt amazing afterwards. If you’re staying in Hoi An, definitely make a trip to Kai’s Spa! Everyone is super lovely at the salon, they go above and beyond to look after you. 10/10 would recommend!

  Amazing massage! We got the kai special 90 minutes with facial which was sooo good and relaxing. Friendly staff. We hope to come back soon to try the head spa 😊 They accept credit card payment.

  I had the 1 hour head spa (which included a facial too) and a 30 minute foot massage. The therapist, whose name I have forgotten- was amazing. I felt so relaxed, not to mention my skin and hair felt amazing after being in the beach and sun all week! I use high quality products on my skin and face usually so was a little nervous about the products quality on my sensitive skin, however they felt so good and didn’t irritate at all. I would highly recommend, and will definitely go back from more treatments.

  This spa was recommended by a local resident. We especially loved that the masseuses have over 7 years experience. That made all the difference. The lady giving my massage knew the proper technique and went in order with the same or similar moves. It was nice not be able to lie down and melt into relaxation. The room is nice and cools down quickly if needed. Very nice people working at this spa. We made a reservation but walking in is fine too.
