  Fantastic ! My wife and I came for a couples same room massage which is probably one of the best I have EVER had. The ladies a very skilled and accurate and we both said how amazing it was. Rosemary and staff are very helpful, polite and go over above to make your visit as good as possible. We even we back the next day for pedicure, reflexology and foot massage - again .... it was fantastic ! A big Thank You to Rosemary and team... ❤️

  Had the best massage and both my husband and I had our nails done. Hubby bites his nails so all tidied up, looks fantastic. My nails are stunning and very happy. Rosemary very friendly and fun.

  Great inexpensive mani and pedi - lovely owner, provides water and fresh fruit and comfortable chairs. Tried my chosen colour on her own nail to show me! Great cuticle clean up and buffed out nails. I like short clean nails and got exactly what I asked for. Quick service but not rushed in any way. Lovely shop!

  Had a lovely experience here getting a gel mani and pedi (with removal of old gel polish). Easy to book and ask queries via WhatsApp. Special thanks for the complimentary water, orange juice and fresh mango.

  I found this review difficult to write, and I am writing it with mixed feelings. The owner was very kind, and I want to make clear that my issue is not with her personally. She was understanding, handled the situation well, and even offered me a discount, which I appreciated. I did not take the discount and paid the originally agreed price because I still wanted to support her business. However, I was not satisfied with the masseuse who actually gave me the massage. Before the massage started, I clearly explained what massage I wanted and agreed on the price. During the massage, the masseuse then started trying to negotiate a different type of massage, a Thai massage. First of all, that is not relaxing at all during a massage. Secondly, I had already clearly agreed on what I wanted. After the massage, the masseuse also asked me for a tip, which I found very inappropriate. Tips should not be requested directly like that. Then she started speaking in Vietnamese with the owner while I was standing there, and they were looking at me while talking. That also did not feel comfortable. The owner then told me that the masseuse said I had asked for and received a Thai massage, which was more expensive. That is not true. I clearly told the masseuse I wanted a back, neck and shoulder massage. Also, I definitely did not receive a Thai massage. I have spent time in Thailand, and my own regular masseur at home is Thai, so I know what a Thai massage feels like. This was not a Thai massage. I also recognized the techniques from other massages I have had in Vietnam. It felt like a standard Vietnamese-style massage (which I asked for). Again, I do not blame the owner. She immediately understood me, did not make a problem out of it, and tried to solve the situation fairly. She seems like a genuinely kind woman, and I sincerely hope her business grows. My advice would be: please pay close attention to the staff, because this kind of behavior can damage the experience for customers. It is a shame, because the owner deserves better.
