  I floated out of Serena Spa after a 30min Back, Neck, Shoulder, Head Massage and a 30min Foot Reflexology. The staff and therapist were so welcoming and kind. The therapist was spot on with the strength of the massage. One of the best I’ve had. Delicious yoghurt and ginger tea at the end. Highly recommend if you are wanting an excellent massage in Hoi An. We stayed at the Ancient Riverside Retreat, and this was less than 10min walk.

  Lovely newer spa in Hoi An. I went in for a facial and a back/shoulders/neck massage. This session perfectly balanced relaxation and therapeutic relief for me. The masseuse was very thorough. I was grateful for a couple of check ins about the pressure throughout. The session uses seamless, flowing strokes, leaving me feeling mentally refreshed, physically lighter, and completely revitalized. I will be going back for more! They currently have a 35% off sale costing me around 800k for both facial and massage. Very worth it imo

  I got my hair washed and a back and shoulder massage. The staff were amazing and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend Serna Spa 😊

  Absolutely the best spa experience in Hoi An. Professional staff, excellent massage techniques, and a peaceful atmosphere. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommended! ✨

  This spa is incredible! From the moment we walked in, the staff were so accomodating. We were greeted with tea and snacks. The treatment was so relaxing, and the ladies were constantly checking if there was anything we wanted adjusted throughout the appointment. We were then given more tea and delicious mango and yoghurt. We will absolutely be back!

  We had an absolutely amazing experience here! My partner and I came in for a couple's massage and facial, and everything was flawless from start to finish. The facilities are brand new, pristine, and incredibly relaxing. A huge thank you to the staff and the manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and pampered. We will definitely be back!
